Whoever is running the front register which seems to be an older woman who sounds like she’s been smoking cigarettes her whole life is rude as ever. I have never been more appalled in my life about how her customer Service skills were. She kept hanging up in my face for absolutely no reason. I was simply inquiring about a car and she kept it brief and short with me and hung up before I could even say anything else. Get her outta there because she’s getting in the way of business.

I would NEVER EVER recommend any one I know to get a car from here. The prices are good which is what draws you in, but you should definitely take a trustworthy mechanic with you. I ended up buying a COMPLETE lemon from this lot. It looked great on the outside and ran well when I took the initial test drive. We agreed on the price and then I went back the next day to pick it up (because the thread on the tires was next to nothing, and he advised he would replace all 4 tires). Within a 3 month time frame, the car started to show its true colors. Although the thread on the new tires looked great, the mechanic told me that they were actually rotting from the inside because they were so old. I needed new brake pads and shoes, had a crack in my oil pan, a loose muffler that knocked horribly when I came to a stop, and to top it all off, The entire ENGINE went out 3 months after buying the car. I basically paid double for the car after getting everything previously mentioned fixed. Do yourself a favor and avoid they cheap prices. Even if the car looks good. AVOID THIS LOT AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY DESPERATE

This is an amazing place to buy a car if money is tight. Me and my children buy cars from this lot. They are honest about the condition of the car. Most cars have rebuilt titles which is how they can sell them for so cheap. The down payment is low. Tax and title is added to payment. Interest rate is roughly around 2.5%. No matter the year or price of car, with interest rate this low the vehicle shud be paid off within less than 18 months. If you are having trouble paying payment then just communicate with them and they work with you. I trust the workers 100% and so do my children. They are not salesmen they simple allow you to search and test drive and decide on your own if you wanna buy. They will not try to force you into something for a lousy commission. Do your homework on the vehicle and ask questions before you buy.

I bought a 2000 expedition from them a few years ago November. They were honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I put 30,000 miles on that expedition since I purchased it and have had absolutely no problems with it. I highly recommend them and would purchase a car from them again in the future.

I bought my 2008 Chevy Impala from them 3 years ago and I just got a 2010 Dodge Charger from them in February. They are up front and will let you know if there are any problems with the car. Reasonable prices without ridiculous finance rates

So I brought a 2015 Chevy Cruze with 60k miles on it for $5k and I absolutely love my car. Thank you to billy and the sweet office lady that helped me. I would recommend this lot to anybody its a big lot with alot of different auction cars so look through everything carefully but trust me youll find something you like and can afford.

My husband and I have poor credit and they gave us a really good car. It has a salvaged title but my down payment was low and my payments are low. I might be speaking too soon but so far we havent had any issues. We did the research on the car before we bought it. So as far as service, it could be improved but I can just about the same service going to a retail store. It is what it is. If you have great credit and can afford a newer car then you dont even need to bother. But if you are in the same situation we were in and you take the time to research the cars youre interested in I recommend this place.

My son bought a car there. They told him it was a 2002 when he bought it. We got the title it was a 1998. Not only was the year wrong. When I went to put insurance on it the insurance company told me it had been in 3 wrecks, was totaled by other insurance company and had a salvage title. None of which was disclosed to us when we bought the car. Do your research. Get the car fax

Got my car from them didnt even have my tag yet and my car needed a transmission went into pay on it and inform them of the problems they went to look at my car and told me that me and my 1 year old daughter had to find a ride home as they were repossessing my car for complaining about the issues. Wouldnt recommend going to this lot unless you love junk cars and throwing away your money

Hands down the best car lot I have been to in Knoxville. Me and my wife purchased a 2003 trailblazer from them last year and were very pleased with it. It was nice cold a.c. and good tires. Now in the time we had it I had to replace the battery alternator and transmission pan. That being said these are everday normal wear and tear problems. The title was salvaged but was rebuilt right. Some of these reviews on here talk like that is a bad thing. How is it bad to get a low mileage vehicle for a really good price. The key word in rebuilt title is REBUILT. Meaning it was rebuilt back to factory standards just like new. Somethings that are required from a owner of a used car are that YOU must check your fluids regularly. So if youre transmission stopped pulling chances are there is no fluid or at least not enough to make use of. That cannot be blamed on the people who sold you the car. I regularly check ALL of my fluids and have yet to have any vehicle leave me stranded. In fact we traded the trailblazer in last week exactly a year after we bought it from them. They even gave me 1500 in trade for our next car. Everyone who asks me where to get a great car at a great price I send them right down the folks southern car emporium. Nice people who will work with anyone and are completely honest about the vehicle you will be purchasing. Remember this is a used car lot, so dont expect showroom quality. If thats what you want them go to a dealership

These folks sell salvage cars so dont go in expecting to get a great vehicle. Reason for 1 star is due to the fact that these folks dont know squat about what theyre selling and if they say theyll tune it up, dont believe it.I bought a car that broke down 30 minutes after driving it and all the mechanic could do was throw his hands in the air saying I dont know whats wrong with it. The cheapskates wouldnt even give me a carfax.Youre better off buying from Craigslist. Dishonest merchants, shoddy vehicles, etc .

I just called a few minutes ago to inquire about a 2005 Honda Civic I saw posted online. The woman who answered sounded as if she was bothered by my call and gave very short, mildly rude answers. When I asked if the title of the car was clean, she said What do you mean, clean? .... I guess she doesnt know much about cars. And of course, it was rebuilt. I doubt that information would have surfaced had I not asked. Reading reviews online I see a lot of others have had the same poor service. It seems as if they sell poorly put together cars to people who dont know any better and who dont ask a lot of questions. Buyer Beware.

Unprofessional and bad customer service! The people who work there (so called car salesman) have horrible customer service and are vary unprofessional. When I arrived no one came out and initiates a salesman like conversation. I then had to go up to a personIn a golf cart who I asked politely for the keys to a 06 Infiniti G35, he then pointed me to a person(car salesman) who gave me no proper communication about anything or about the car or proof of drivers license.The car was in poor condition. It was very obvious that the car was salvaged, due to a horrible paint job and and poor collision repair. The car battery was dead, so that had to jump it off to start it. It then started it up and it ran and drove fine. We drove all the way up and back to where the original Walmart and McDonalds was. When we were coming back the (car salesmen) asked me, are you planning on financing? I then thought to myself why would i trust any of these people who claim to be (car salesmen )to give any of my personal information to finance a (salvaged) car that my Insurance could not except. We then arrived safely back to the car lot without the car stalling. I then parked the car and the (car salesmen) said in unprofessional abrupt behavior, Dont turn off the car! I then walked out and saw him go back in the car and park it, i assumed my parking was incorrect. I then walked to my car and got out of that crap hole! Other than that dont waste your time there!

Total rip off! I literally bought a car from them on Monday last week. I went to test drive it and it drove perfect, I asked the sales man is there ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR BC I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR SOME THING THATS GONNA BREAK DOWN WEEKS FROM NOW!, HE SAID NO DISNT REALLY HIVE ME GOOD INFORMATION, just very poor customer service, anyways not even 3 days later on my way to work the wheel jerked to the right out of nowhere! Made me get into the other lane!! Luckily no car was in that lane or I would have hit it! I was so nervous driving to work, i was like ok maybe im trippong BUT no i got on the inferstate and it kept doing it randomly so i was like aww hell naw whats really goin on, so basically it progressively got worse so i called them on Saturday letting them know i just bought the car Monday and this car is driving crazy and its dangerous for me and my family to drive. They told me if its an alignment problem.i would have to take it to a shop and pay for it bc they dont HAVE the equipment to fix that!!! 🤔🤔🤔😡😠 I was livid! But other wise i have to come in and drop the car and keys off on Tues and they will get to it when ever they can! I was like what do u mean whenever they can i have work and this was my only transportation, she didnt show any concern, understanding, didnt apologize for the inconvenience none of that! She JUST didnt know what else to say I was like bet Ill just come in the morning but as I am driving in the rain OMG ITS THE WORST IT ABOUT DROVE ME OFF THE BRIDGE 3 TO 4 TIMES, and acting like I was driving in snow!! Aint no way i will drive it on the interstate god knows what can happen!!! I will go back to the lot tmw morning and see if they will fix this issue if not Ill just not pay them and hopefully I can get my money back if not I gotta go through some kind of attorney to get them for selling lemon cars!! DO NOT BUY from these rude people. I bought a car back in November, made a 2500 dollar down payment and it was only suppose to be 1500. I paid 60$ plus 5$ extra to try and get paid off quicker. So I paid 65$ every week. In February of this year I paid up for about 3 months on my car. A week later the car wouldnt start. I had friends take a look but no luck so I paid to have the car towed back to the car lot. I called a few days later and was told the mechanics were hungover and others in court(dont know the reason) so it hasnt been looked at yet. So I told them well when you guys finally look at it please dont fix anything until you talk to me first. I was told that they would certainly call me first. I waited 2 more days and no call. So I called once again, I was given the same excuse as before. Another week goes by and I am told by them that they dont know whats wrong yet but they have been fiddling with it. So as the next week approaches I just go to the car lot to talk to them in person. Once again. I am given the same two excuses! So then a whole month goes by and then they tell me they put in 16 spark plugs and I owe them money, but that isnt the problem. So I ask why was my car touched when I asked you personally not to fix anything without my permission ... She literally had nothing to say. A few more days go by and I call and am told that a mysterious whole was in motor. Something that would cause my car to be very loud etc. After I express that my car never made a sound or acted weird, he changed up what he said. So I told them well I am going to get the car towed to a different mechanic because they are taking way too long to fix the problem and I was then told that they dont have the people or time to mess with my car anyway. The day I was getting it towed I was told by the woman in the office that I was not aloud to take my car to another mechanic for no reason. I then went to the car dealer and spoke with them and had to grab some important papers... The man would not let me have my key (not to mention it took them 15 mins to find the key) he wouldnt even let me attempt to touch my key. He stood there watching me nervously. I then knew something wasnt right. I was told I need to talk to Chad but he was not there so I called for weeks trying to find out if they were going to let me get another car or what was going to happen. I was in desperate need of my car I was missing work and appointments and things were going terribly. Every time I called they gave me the run around and told me to stop calling they would call me.. So after a few more weeks I called and was told she would call me back she had talked to Chad. I waited and she never called. So I went to the car dealer once again and was treated very nasty. They were all three (the woman in the office, billy and Chad) telling different lies and totally different stories. I was told they wrote me up as a report because they wanted to and they couldnt find a engine for the car. They then told me that they didnt want to help me.. (the car was 6000$ I already had paid over 4000$ at this point) they told me they didnt care and unless I have big money they refuse to put me into another car. Not to mention they have my car back in inventory and it supposedly had a whole in the engine... Nothing at all with those people add up. They steal, lie and cheat good people to make a extra dollar! They are horrible people! Stay away.. I also met someone personally there at the lot and she told me that they sold her a car that had been wrecked several times and they lied and told her it hadnt! Do not trust these people! I wouldnt even give them a star if it didnt make you!!

Alright place, shaddy place all cars on lot have been wrecked, for example got a dodge truck there and it was hit on the passenger side there was runs in the paint and a different shade of blue. cuz they wont tell u that up front and most of them are in rough shape. I havent had a bad experience with any of the people yet, maybe cuz i am a auto tech and fix my own stuff and havent had to deal with them like that.ProsI gave 3 stars because they will approve anyone thats a plus.And they work with me with my payments.ConsCars are savaged and overpriced.
