Poor first impression, tried calling yesterday while they were OPEN no answer keeps saying theyre unavailable, went down here today and their signs are lit up OPEN BUT THE DOORS ARE LOCKED?! TRIED CALLING WHILE SITTING OUTSIDE THE STORE....NO ANSWER. GUESS ILL GO TO THE PHOBE EXCHANGE WHERE THEY KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. 🏃‍♂️🙃

So I am very upset. Dropped an IPhone 6+ and the screen had gray lines coming from the top. And the touch would only had work. Took here they said they would look at it no charge and said they could fix it and it would be around 50. It works like normal for a couple of days and then it started again but a lot worse. I called them and they said sorry there was. I thing they could do. I called 4 other places that assured me it was touch disease and to fix it you would have to send it off to be fixed and anyone that works on these phones would know that and that I had been taken advantage of. Do not go here!!! They will say they can fix something and charge you and then it will start doing the same thing and when you ask them they will tell you sorry can’t help because they already got your money
