This rating is only for todays experience; in the past this site has been excellent, polite and efficient, far better than the nearby AT&T store (which is why Im now with US Cellular).This site says theyre open till 5. I have a small problem that will probably require some personal assistance, but more than a dozen phone calls have revealed only that their Mailbox is Full and Cannot Accept New Messages. So I suppose I must drive there to learn whether they can help me.

Always great service, Zach and Josh do a great job. It was busy with Bill payments while I was there but they were quick as can be!

Little girl named Kaylee working is very unprofessional and rude. She doesn’t even look at you when you are talking and had her feet up on the table when I came in while on her phone. It should be a quick and easy task to pay your phone bill.

Very friendly service and helpful associates. It can get busy at times but the wait isnt terrible. The staff always greets you as you enter.

While I sat there waiting for my parents to receive new phones, the employee who helped them had great customer service. Plus, the other employee working behind me who helped other customers also was pleasant as well.

This store needs to be taking over by different management and Nate needs to be trained in customer service or let go if he is going to talk down to people someone will shut him up the hard way. I have been a long time customer of US Cellular and if I had to deal with him again i would no longer be a customer and will never step foot in this store again.

At that location they are always helpful courteous and knowledgeable about what has to be done

Its okay. Its smaller so theres not as many options. I am usually in there for a long time. Im not sure if it is because of the process the employees have to go through to sell items or if its just slow service. I like to give the benefit of the doubt and go with a lengthy process.
