The ladies who work there are very nice, but it takes forever to get anything and communication is terrible. I ordered a badge and holder as a gift for my husband. They told me it would be 6-8 weeks. The process started in December (to get approval from the department since I was buying it myself). I called in January to check on it and they told me I had to pay up front before they could order it, which is fine, but they never called to tell me if it had been approved or that I needed to pay to order. I have called several times to check the status to hear that they are waiting for it to come in and they can’t guarantee that it will not be sent to the Sheriff’s Department with other orders. I specifically request to pick it up because it is a gift. My husband calls to check on it and they tell him there is no record of the order. I called the next day and they said that the holder had come in, but not the badge. Again, I tell her to hold the holder and I will pick them both up when the badge comes in. My husband calls today to tell me that the holder came to his department. I called again to check on the badge and she told me they told me that they just ordered it 5 days ago because they were waiting on more orders to make a full order. That should be something that you tell people when they say that they are ordering a gift. Christmas and the birthday have passed. It has now been 3 months and who knows how much longer. Maybe it can be a Father’s Day gift. This is what you get when there is no competition.

Terrible customer service. Ordered uniforms, and still had nothing after 5 WEEKS! They blamed Blauer of course. They were no help at all. Theyre plenty of other places to get uniforms. I recommend local, unless you just wanna 6 months on your order to arrive.

Worst service nothing hardly in stock. And please dont annoy them in anyway because they will call your command and lie on you. Even is it has nothing to do with your department, and you are paying for it yourself. They act like they are doing you a favor.

The staff is friendly but if you dont work for a department in Knoxville prepare to wait forever for your uniforms! I am coming up on a month for 4 short sleeved shirts and 4 pants for a PD outside Knox County and still dont have them!
