This place is too cute. Friendly staff and THE MOST AMAZING COFFEE!!!! The blueberry muffins were also pretty darn good. An excellent place to hang out, enjoy a cup of coffee or local brew, light lunch, breakfast or pastry. Highly recommend.

As a student, this is one of my favorite coffee shops in town. There is a wide selection of high-quality drinks and locally roasted beans for sale. There is usually plenty of space to work or study, and the atmosphere is great. I would recommend Vienna to anyone looking for a good local coffee shop.

Good coffee but a little pricey.

This is nice little coffee shop! There were a lot of people and college students working here. The prices are pretty steep, as we got 2 vanilla lattes with oat milk and it was over $13, but they were pretty good.

The mocha had the right taste that catered to my personal preference. I really enjoyed every sip.

I have a hard time getting a good traditional macchiato or cortado. The cortado the gentleman made was one of the best Ive had in a long while. Kudos to him!

Nice new coffee house selling great locally roasted coffee. Large open floor plan with plenty of space to enjoy your coffee.

Over priced. The Danish was ok, but tasted machine made, and not so good. They want about $4 for a cup of coffee and then charge $1 for a refill. I guess they cater to the trust fund kids in the area. The atmosphere is nice. They have comfortable seating v and a fireplace. If they had decent deserts it would have been 5 stars.

From someone who has exhausted just about every last coffee shop in Knox to have great conversation, study, or both: look no further, THIS IS THE SPOT! This is by far the best atmosphere that is quiet as it is cozy. The staff might be the friendliest collection of people in the city, and the shop offers a student discount for those coming to study for online classes. In addition, it is a clean environment that adheres to Covid protocol. The open space, bright atmosphere, coffee, food, and staff are some of my favorite in Knoxville and could not recommend this place more!

Nicely designed space; really nice people...delicious blueberry muffin and bacon cheese quiche; tasty but extremely small apple fritter. Pastries are high priced for size; very good coffee.

First time here.. asked the cashier to make her favorite. It’s a cinnamon and nutmeg something.. delicious either way.

Super chill place to either hang out or get some work done - had quite a few business meetings here and Ive always enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. Also in a great location.

If you this this place is just a coffee shop you are mistaken. Vienna Coffee is a Family that masquerades its self as a coffee shop, but in reality its; a smile, a laugh, a therapists couch, a fistbump, and a hug all wrapped in one. Having recently moved to Knoxville I feel Vienna Coffee has been the catalyst that turned a just another new town in to what I now call Home.Thank you for being you,Drew

The best coffee shop ever. I spent so many hours and many dollars here because I love it so much. Lots of space, lots of seating, nice staff, diverse menu, wifi, free parking. Couldnt imagine anyone wanting to go anywhere else.

If you need a professional yet relaxed setting with great espresso drinks and friendly baristas, I highly recommend.

Had a great time at Vienna tonight. I went for an open mic lots of talented performers. Coffee was tasty and the atmosphere was wonderful. Very clean, well priced, and a very friendly staff. It was also a very kid friendly and spacious place. Vienna had a great selection of coffee merchandise for sale, too. Ill definitely be going back, and soon. This would be a perfect spot for a first date.

Very accommodating for our early-morning catering order. Everything was perfect to what we ordered. Highly recommend their mini egg bites and mini pastries! We absolutely LOVE that they use eco-friendly packaging too.

My husband and I are on the fence with this place, the food is decent and coffee is good half the time but the people that work are insanely rude! We called 12 times(no exaggeration)and finally the morning guy with a beard he’s a larger guy finally answered with the worst tone and sounded disgusted that he had to take our order! I have never been so disrespected in my life by someone working in the food industry. He literally complained about taking my order over the phone. This place needs to replace this person because he clearly hates his job.

This is a great place to work on your laptop. Coffee and pastries are delicious. If you get here by going North on Gay St, pass the place and you will see lots of signs for parking. There is a large free parking lot just north of here under the interstate overpass.

Ever since our favorite coffee shop stopped selling good coffee and frozen coffee, weve been on a relentless, and fruitless, search for a coffee shop to call home again, until now. Weve been to the parent Vienna in Maryville and enjoyed it on several occasions, so we were excited to see one pop up here in Knoxville. We were so not disappointed! The coffee is so full of flavor, they serve decaf, which is a must for me, the baristas weve encountered thus far are so kind, and the atmosphere is pleasant. A bonus is that the ladies room is clean. Obviously, I cant speak for the mens room lol. If you want a delicious cup of coffee, that doesnt have to pay a corporate office somewhere, try Vienna!

When you find it....it is a cool place inside. But the pricing is a bit high.

OMG! I have no idea where to start out with this little hidden gem in downtown Knoxville. This has to be the best coffee I have tried in the city on a personal level.I was greeted with the upmost respect as well as their backstory to the coffee house. Its pretty cool that the owner used to be an engineer and has since started this coffee house in which they ship out their own home made coffee to multiple businesses in the area.As Im writing this you can check out the date theres a lot of construction going on so its very easy to miss, it is Tucktaway just a tad bit but definitely worth the find and search. It is beyond classy inside with ample room for a business meeting a night out on the town with friends or an intimate get away with your significant other.I recommend the Gouda cheese soup, it is to die for! And their portions are very large and ample you will not be displeased. Have fun, drink some coffee and live a little. Its definitely worth it.

Well, their view of the Knox skyline is getting ruined by construction beyond their control, but this is an amazing place. Classic Knox location, lovely walk from 100 Block of Gay Street over briidge with view of Southern Rail Depot & White Lily Bldg. as well as JFG. Inside, delightful fragrances greet you as you pass a seating area like a private homes living room complete with fireplace, another with a cluster of four big comfy chairs, plus plenty of tables with a skylight, and a counter with charging stations. True barista craft is practiced here in all its forms, but even if you stick to basics, the Vienna House Roast drip coffe is superlative.

What a.charming place. My favorite place for scones and coffe and reading my book. Pasties are delcious coffe better.

Great espresso drinks, also has great drip (bottomless for 4.55.) They also sell whole beans roasted at the Maryville roastery. Hours are slightly in flux, as they settle into the new location.

Went in the other day and was sorely disappointed with the interaction between the cook and a barista. The barista was working on drinks and was friendly, but the cook was literally watching Netflix or something on his computer. It also appeared several managers were just sitting in the cafe talking while one barista struggled to take orders- not cool!
