Purchased a sunroom and after a bump or two (order lost), and another delay, the order is at the factory for manufacture. We will be able to give a complete review after the work is finished.

There are no better vinyl windows made. I worked for them for over 15 years and know their products well. I highly recommend them

I dont even want to give this company one star. Buyer beware if you are looking for new windows in Knoxville tn. Started out with Brent the sales man. He was good friendly and knowable. After contract was signed everything went down hill. Kevin Casper the sales manager said call anytime with any questions and would be happy to help. That was not the case. We had several calls to him with questions. Each call went unanswered and never returned. Half the cost was already paid to them and we were billed without any windows being measured, kinda odd they didnt even know what to order. As it turned out we were scheduled to have them measured and they never showed no call no explanation as to why. Again several calls but no response. The project managers phone number was invalid. Guess what!! He retired 4 months ago. Filed a complaint with corporate. Finally Paul Goedert (new project manager) out of Chattanooga called. Thank goodness for Paul. He went above and beyond to help us anyway he could. Finally after a month of BS we got the contract canceled. How can a company stay in business when treat customers this way. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY WINDOWS FROM CHAMPION

Brent Burns showed up on-time (right at 9am). He was very professional and courteous. He took his time and showed me everything I needed to know about Champion Windows. After reviewing the material I decided to purchase 20 new windows from him. He made my first window buying experience easy. I would recommend him if you are in need of replacement windows.

Everything was great, the design of the window and the low heat coming through the glass demo really impressed me. Working with a thorough person who explained everything thoroughly, Mallory Morrison is great to work with. It’s the most energy efficient window in the market.

Purchased my siding in April and have been getting the run around ever since. They very rarely call you back. Will never give me a straight answer on what’s taking so long for my siding to be installed that I am already making payments on. This company is turning out to be a joke. And now I’m stuck paying for something that clearly is never going to be installed. Next stop is talking to my lawyer.

My prior review of CHAMPION was coerced by the salesman (BRENT BURNS) to get a discount. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! This cowardice company took $6,000 from my widow mother over 8 weeks ago and have since disappeared. Pink Floyd penned a good song about this outfit, its titled Run Like Hell.

Update: June 23,2021Still waiting for our windows to be installed 🤬 despite calling everyone. Been told not enough install teams in Knoxville area. 🙄 Also, been told windows are just sitting in the warehouse and they trying to a team from Chattanooga. Here is idea stop selling windows when you have current customers that are still waiting when ordered over 3 months ago.Brent was awesome. He give us the rundown of how everything worked and the history of the business. We chose this company because it USA made. Dont have to wait for China for product because they make everything. Also, they let us change our mind on color.

100% do not recommend. It has been 3 years since we had Champion put new windows and siding on our house. We just had our second window completely replaced due to it not fitting properly. It took them a year just to complete the work. They left broken glass and nails everywhere in our yard. I am still picking it up out of the yard 3 years later. We have had to have several screens replaced and caulking redone due to water leaking in one of the windows and coming out he plug and down the wall below our living room window. We were told by Charles we would receive a partial refund due to all of the mess we have had to put up with and then once the work was complete was told we wouldnt be receiving a refund. We were lied too and taken advantage of. It is way overpriced for the quality of work you receive. Very unprofessional.

We purchased our home in August 2020 and knew we had a window to replace; the home has Champion windows. I called in November 2020 to get one of them replaced, it looks like the seal is broken. When I spoke to Ashley, she said it would be a few months because of the pandemic and I was fine with that. January came and went and I called multiple times with no response from her. I called another number and got someone in early March and said it should be about another 3 weeks. I just made another call today 4/2/2021 and the window is still not in. I have already paid them half since that is what they requested… I thought I could trust this company. It has now been 5 months and 1 window is still not here and I have been trying to track this down for a while now. I would not recommend this company to anyone at this point. We were about to get them to put a sunroom on our home, but someone else is going to get that business.I am sure I will be waiting months before 1 window is replaced. Poor service, very poor service.Update 4.12.2021Below I got a reply to my review saying to call the customer care number so they could assist me. I called Friday 4.9.2021 and was sent to a voicemail. I left the voicemail with my name and number expecting a return call and as of today Monday 4.12.2021 I have yet to hear from this group.However, after leaving this review I got a text message from the girl who took my order asking when I was available for a window install. She did not have the courtesy to call me or even apologize for the poor service.I am sure I will never hear back from the corp group the way this has been going. I have two other windows that need to be replaced - I think they need to do those for free and extend the comp warranty for all the windows to lifetime as if I was the original purchaser for the poor service I have received. I doubt that any of this would happen and I will need to get windows from another company that can treat us with respect.

We have great windows and doors from Champion but the customer service has been APPALLING. We have a problem with our front door surround and have been waiting since November for action and only get the same pro for a text from them over and over again. Phone response is a pointless waste of time. I am very disappointed and feel I am being fobbed off.

Signed a contract on 11/28/20 for new windows and siding. On 3/22/21 the windows were finally installed and because Champion subcontracted our job out to two 18 yr olds, all the old windows were broken out in for removal in our house. There is glass all over our yard and flower beds, around our childs play-set, in the floors of our home, in our bed and our children’s beds and toy boxes, on/in our leather couch. It was a disaster!!! The seals that were done were not done correctly- gobs of caulk and sealant in the corners of our interior windows and our siding has not even scheduled to be completed yet and we are going on 6 months since we signed a contract with them. What I am writing only scratches the service of the problems we have had since day 1... do yourself a favor and choose a more reputable company for your home improvements needs!!!!

I’ve been waiting since January 2nd for doors. On the rare occasion I actually get one of my numerous calls returned it’s simply to lie to me about things that don’t happen. Meanwhile, the people you can talk to aren’t empowered to help and can only escalate to people that are unavailable or continue to propagate the facade you might actually get a door installed. I’m having to file a theft by deception police report in hopes that’ll force some type of action. I wish I had read the reviews before giving them a deposit. Do NOT make the same mistake I did. Find someone else...

Im a real estate agent representing an older single lady in selling her home. We have contacted Champion Windows no less than 10 times in the last month and still have not received a phone call or any response. Each employee has promised theyre sending urgent requests to the service department but no one is calling us back. The windows are under a lifetime warranty that seems useless if you cant get a return call to schedule a service. The homeowner has called for the last TWO YEARS!!

We signed a contract with Champion and then during the 3 days that we had to rescind our contract we had a question and our salesman would not call us back. We call the Knoxville office which is unmanned, the 800 number, the Ohio (main office) all with no response. We finally received a response a week later when we were ready to cancel because they had abandoned us. But they ran finance changes and then charged us to get out of the contract when they were no where to be found for a week. And were rude about it. Not a good way to do business.

We purchased a sunroom from them they installed it and now the roof is leaking they have came out twice and done absolutely nothing the second time they stated they were coming back to put a new roof on that was 3 weeks ago now nothing they wont call back and when they answer they do nothing but give us the run around our warranty expires soon so Im guessing theyre waiting until it runs out to even respond back definitely would not recommend this company for anything

Had 3 doors installed 2 are fine but we have had nothing but problems out of garden doors. The first time we called them back out here they knowingly put a broke door sweep on it had to replace that then you could see daylight everywhere. Next time it’s making rubbing noises call them back out. Daylight in spots again. They’ve been here at least 3 times and either the noise will start up or you will see light through the door. Will never recommend Champion to anyone!!

Rescinded the contract within the 3-day time period. Once the contract is signed the sales rep disappears.He did not responded to phone calls, voice mails, or emails, and the office fax number is not in service! Do not like their sales rep scam business tactics, excess prices, and vague contract terms. Stay away.

Had scheduled an appointment and Received a call from someone to confirm the appointment and then no show no call, Called the next day to find out that they have no salesmen for siding estimates in Knoville at all at this time. But had still Had taken the appointment. Do not waste peoples time if you have no salesman I waited 2 hours for them In called the number but got no answer

I scheduled for a full house window replacement, taking the first available appointment nearly two weeks out. Received a two confirmation calls, and a confirmation text the day before the appointment, and was further told that I couldn’t push the appointment because the next available slot was filled. Then after finagling my schedule and driving over an hour to meet the rep as scheduled, I was called again 5 minutes after appointment time to inform me that they don’t actually have anyone working in this region, need to hire people, and therefore they need to cancel. Why are they advertising and scheduling appointments where they don’t do business? What a complete waste of my time!

I set up an appointment three days ago and no one came or called. I had to call them and they told.me that a store manager would call me back. That was hours ago and still no call. I WILL NOT use a company that has problems like this from the get go.

Good luck getting any warrantee information.

I have champion windows installed for many years now.I have tryed three time in the past 6 months to get someone from champion to come to do work on a window that needs new sashes. I found I was talking to some one in Ohio so far no return call an no one maid appointment for comeing to look at the worenty work that needs done on my window.I never see them in knoxville area no more I think Ill be checking with the Don Dare on this matter or maybe the BBB.

Horrible customer service!!! Cheap doorlock material....having to replace the sliding glass door handle twice now.....handle just broke right off...steal huh...must be from CHINA....some security!!!

Company packed up ship and moved to Chattanooga. We closed on a house here in Knoxville with relatively new windows (still under warranty) from Champion, where a few of the window seals between the panes had failed. We got a letter from the company indicating they wanted to replace ALL the windows to avoid any future issues and not have a house sale got through because of their windows. Needless to say, we have been waiting three months now, and were told just last week, that only 6 of our 27 windows have arrived, and they are telling us that it is not in their interest to replace all windows, and that they would lose money if they did this with all claims. They will come to replace the 6 windows and assess the situation. If they continue to balk and drag their feet, we may have to take further legal action, or contact a local TV station to shed light on their company practices. If I had a choice, I would not have installed Champion windows in our house!

I have attempted to contact this Champion Windows dealer now three times...if this 3rd time doesnt happen they are off the list...! I will be back to update this info for everyone to see...GUIDO-NYC
