The past couple times we have been to this location we had terrible experiences. The first bad experience was a few months ago. My husband ordered a product that was supposed to be around $500 and when it came in, they tried to charge us $800. The second situation happened today and we will never shop at this location again. The woman at the sales counter was assisting my husband in finding an item he needed. They didnt have the specific one he wanted so she said they could order it. He advised her that he would just take another item similar because he needed it today. She goes to get the item in the back. As shes closing the door, she mocks him and says I need it now then starts laughing. She didnt think he heard her. Such rude and unprofessional behavior, we will not be returning to this store
Worked with Perry Bruning the other day, He was extremely helpful. Never been there before but we will be back to specifically because of his service and attention to detail.
They completely ignored people coming in for counter sales and only helped those picking up. A group of us waited 20 minutes or longer while they purposely skipped over us. One sales person refused to help any of us doing counter sales and instead went back to his cubicle once they helped the pick up folks.Pretty poor business practice and customer service.
I recently visited Grainger for the first time in a few years. I was looking for a specific Buna grommet. The first place I looked was MSC industrial and their online search stinks. The next stop was Amazon with a weeks wait and three times the price of Grainger. I was also happy for curbside pickup which went fine with the exception of the sign not saying to text the order number- noted for next time. Thanks Grainger, and stay safe, will visit again!

Grainger is becoming a joke! If you call the local branch it sends you to a call center instead of the local branch. I prefer to deal with the local branch instead of someone in a different town. Plus they are not remotely competitive with their competitors. They will not price match what so ever. I was willing to give them several thousands of dollars of business but they will not price match. No worries though. The companies that are selling these items at a more reasonable price will only ensure that Grainger keeps losing money. I admit I did like purchasing from Grainger but not anymore. Shop around people because YOU WILL find a better price somewhere else.

My boyfriend and I went there to get a new motor for our air conditioner because it went out and the first time they gave us a new one it caught on fire. It was a faulty motor. Guy on phone said it happened before. So we went the week after that to trade for a new one and the Mexican/Latino guy was blaming my boyfriend for it catching on fire! VERY rude! The. Asked my boyfriend if he was a mechanic and my boyfriend said no and he said well your thats why it caught fire....still trying to star an argument and blam us. My boyfriend said nothing. Do I see you out there making 40 an hour . You know alot your self to dude. Not really... we will never go there again.
Helpful even to directing customers to competitors if it is neccessary to meet demand. Always kind and courteous; usually able to get what I need next day without extra shipping costs.
