Steve and Joel came to the rescue for my family when a general contractor we hired to install a six foot wooden privacy fence abandoned the job 20% of the way through. There was a cancellation, and so they removed the (very poor) work that had already been done by the other contractor and had a new fence installed 10 days after I first called them back in April. We have a large, challenging yard, and most other fencing companies I called wouldnt go near this job, let alone go near it without price gouging us because we were in such a desperate position. Danny and Jamie, the crew who did most of the work on the fence, were professional and extremely hard working. We couldnt be happier with the quality of the fence or the way we were treated. I had an aluminum fence installed several weeks back by Luck Fencing. Joel and his team showed up on time ready to work. We walked the property to make sure we were all on the same page. I’ve had no issues since the installation and the fence looks great. During the process, Steve was able to easily work around the my pool construction schedule. Steve and his crew at Lucky Fence are absolutely fantastic to work with. My fence was completed within three weeks from the date of the proposal, and its better than I could have ever expected. I got a quote from Lowes beforehand, and Lucky Fence came in $500 under their quote, and with better results than Ive seen from the big chain stores.On top of that, Lucky Fence only employs US citizens, and uses American made materials. Thats something that cant be found in this business. Lucky even offers a stain or treatment for free after the installation of the fence. Their attention to detail and customer satisfaction is absolutely rare these days when dealing with anyone. I 100% recommend their services for the Knoxville area.

Earlier in the year I had Lucky Fencing come out and give me a quote. After learning around how much it would cost to fence our yard, we decided to hold off for a bit. A couple weeks back we contacted them again for a quote and Steve was super professional and got things together very quickly. Our yard is basically a large hill and we needed 6ft privacy and 5ft chain link so we could still see the tree line but keep our dog secure. The fence turned out incredible! This was an employer that my husband had. They made arrangements to start work. The very 1st time he went to apply. The boss was late. We waited. Then the next day .....We traveled to Knoxville in order to drop him off. He was sent away due to a wrinkled shirt (for a construction job?) and because the job wasnt even at that location. He got told to wait at home to be called into work. No call came until very late in the day. After 3 PM. An excuse was given about a late meeting and materials delivery. In good faith my husband again agreed to meet the following morning promptly for work. No one was there. After giving up and returning home.. Then my husband recieved a series of harassing calls from the boss and an employee. I would not recommend attempting employment and or contracting with this company. Even though Im upset all I can think about is how does his employees pay their bills with an employer like this...wow.

A beautiful and very well-constructed fence.We contracted with Lucky Fencing to fence our complete back yard (about 330 ft. total) with a custom board-on-board fence. Downhill side is 104 feet of 8 ft. high fencing, with the rest 6 ft. high including gates on both sides of the house. When they were putting up the fence it was good. Looks good for the most part and was very quick, but my wife and I had negotiated with them that they were to stain the fence as well. Well 6 months had passed and it was ready to stain, no one would come out to stain it. A year had passed and still no stain. We called and called and text and text and we were lucky to get a call back if anything. Finally after two year someone came and stained our fence. Absolutely unacceptable it took that long. Lucky is cheaper than everywhere we could find but if I had to do it again I would pay the extra money for someone else to do our fence. Communication was terrible and just an all around headache to deal with. Would not use again for anything and would not recommend to anyone.

I had friend of the company steal $500.00 from me i reached out to the owner of the company and he stated the guy no longer worked for him for a week but wanted to talk to me so i made an appointment with him as soon as i got off that phone call the friend started calling and texting me saying he was just let go and fired so the company 1st lied to me stating he wasnt employed when he wasWe (my mom and i) went in and talked to the owner stated this was an honest company and he would put the fence up on my land for free he has his neice there that stated we just recently let him go he didnt have me sign the paper and just informed me i was recorded when i went in so that was the only reason for asking me to come in ...the owner stated to call him next week for his guys to go out to my vacant lot when that time came and i called the owner (last week 7/21/2020) he changed the story to he will do some of the fenceReached out today about 2.30pm on 7/29/2020 and left a voicemail no call or messaged retured informed i would take my buisness else where and if your thinking of using this company i would do the same i gave the owner the benefit of coming through on his wordBTW i never asked for a free fence it was 100% offered by the ownerand he did not so im just out my money but wanted to let everyone know what type of employees they hire and how they do there buisness

James and Keaton, the installation crew, not only arrived on time but did quality work!! They also involved me in the process to ensure I had the decision on functionality, positioning, location of gates, etc. I have an amazing aluminum fence that will handle the moisture better long term. I would just like to brag on the Lucky fence guys for a minute. I was getting a shed put into my fenced yard and didnt realize I hadnt measured before I ordered the size of the shed. Upon measuring I realized that my gate opening was not going to be wide enough. I had a day or two before the shed was going to delivered to get part of my chain link fence taken up and moved. I called several companies, and Lucky fence was amazing. They had the best rates and the quickest service. They came right over and got it taken care of for me. I had a fence and wall installed 2 years ago. Last week, the wall had issues from water freezing & melting which caused a shifting of the ground. I called Steve in a panic and he reassured me that he would take care of it. He got his guys out to my house the next day to take the wall down and replace it with a fence. I am very happy with the integrity and character that Steve stood by his work and made it right. His guys were friendly and worked hard in the rain to get the fence finished.

The work was top notch they use all quality material all galvanized screws, brackets and cooper caps.Great price for a hand built fence no panels very board was nailed up. I am over the moon loving our new fence! We used Lucky fencing and could NOT be happier. The customer service and attention to detail has been above and beyond what we expeced. I cant wait until they come back to stain the fence. It will take around 3 months for the fence to cure and they will be back to inspect our fence and then do the stain which was included in our upfront cost.It is rare to find a business these days who stand behind their word and then deliver above and beyond what was expected!!!
