We have used Stonecraft for many projects in two different houses. The staff is helpful, prices are reasonable, selection is great, installation is flawless and we have never had anything that we had to go back to them about. The oldest countertops we got from them are now 18 years old and look as good as the day they were installed. couldnt recommend them more highly! I suspect some of the negative reviews may be from competitors.....

For one thing stonecraft doesnt know the right way to fabricate and layout stone. First you dont use strips on the front and back of cooktops and sinks.thankfully I was able to leave there trumped up comp. And its so funny Im still out repairing stonecrafs oversights. Stay away from stone craft.go to Todd Scott at smoky mtn tops. Or oscar fowler at Rocky tops marble.stone craft is the worst and most inexperienced GRANITE company in Knox
