I love their Veggie plates! I usually get green beans, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. It also comes with your choices of a wedge of freshly made Skillet Cornbread or a Kings Hawaiian Roll. I also visited their Starburst last month. Very great service!

The Starbucks team at this location is awesome!! Emily was very kind, helpful, and handled a sudden rush in customers with ease! I no longer live in the area, but I do come to this Starbucks (which is 15mins away) just because the Starbucks staff is so kind and pleasant. Thank you!

This store needs more workers. When older people have to go through the self check out because there is no one to run the check out counters it is just wrong. My mother tried to get some help and the first young woman was no help at all.

Its a nice store overall but the produce is not that fresh and its missing a variety of organic selections.

Ingles Neighborhood Market is the only store in my local community that offers a huge variety of foods from other country.The International gourmet food aisle in located on the 5th aisle in the store.Ingles Neighborhood Market also has fresh cut carnations in the ladies room with foam scented hand soaps.Ingles Neighborhood Market is always clean and there is never a long wait in the lines to check out.The store employees are the kindest grocery people working with a Hugh smile to greet each customer.

My neighborhood grocery is always spotless and management is attentive and receptive. The butchers accommodate my special cut requests with a smile, and the cashiers are pleasant.

First time I’ve stepped into this store, would definitely be the last. I came in about a couple weeks ago and it was truly an awful experience! I went over to the deli department to pick up meats and cheeses for me and my husband to have at home and I believe the deli manager, I think her name might have been Kimberly, was so rude and unprofessional as a “manager”. I over heard some rude and crude things come out of that deli that day from her, and other associates. I also tried to ask her a question and she just completely walked away and didn’t even acknowledge me!! How DISRESPECTFUL!!! She shouldn’t be a manager if she is going to avoid customers. I also talked to the store manager, Steve, about it and he was so unfriendly and rude. I will NEVER come back to this store in my life. I think I’ll stick to Kroger.

Ive generally avoided Ingles Markets because of some lackluster previous experiences but this was a pleasant surprise. Excellent selection including a number of premium brands and an excellent organic produce section. It also has a more than decent selection of local and regional craft beers. Will definitely add to my regular shopping rotation.

I only go to get my favorite beer, Honey Orange Triple. When I pick up my beer I always pick up snack favorites. Last couple of trips no Honey Orange Triple. So no snacks. May start looking elsewhere.

Very clean and well stocked. Some of the store brand items are a little expensive, bit I dont have a store card so that may be why. This is on my way to work and is easy to get in and out of quickly more than my regular grocer. Isnt overly big so it doesnt take long to find what you are looking for. Staff is friendly as well. It seems like the parking lot is never overly full which is great compared to other stores where you have to fight for parking. If this were closer to my house, I would consider going here all the time.

There is a Starbucks to start your shopping trip with a pick me up! This is our go to food store because it has everything we ever need and more besides for when we entertain guests. Employees are very helpful and friendly. We love this store for their local produce as well as all others. It is a beautiful display of colors of fresh, delicious foods. If you want prepared foods its there. Its like visiting an old friend!!

I arrived at the oak ridge hey location at 845 on 8-21-20 was wanting some boars head deli meat. I was told that they closed that department at 9pm . I ask for the manager and he said that everything was closed. I said your are the manager can you please cut me some meet? He said NO! I think his name was Andrew. If you are running a store you should be able to do pretty much anything. I spend about 400 or 500 a month at this store... but I’m not sure I will anymore.

The best grocery store ever! Needed a cake today for my dad’s birthday, I mean really short notice plus Fourth of July! No problem at all, the cake will be ready at 1! Thank you Ingles

Some things are suprisingly expensive, but the customer service has always been excellent.

I like the convenience of the store and they usually have what Im looking for but over the past 12 months, prices have steadily been increasing on a lot of items. Im not sure if the local store sets pricing or not but I can travel a few miles and buy the same box of wheat crackers for almost half the price ($4.98 VS $2.50), as an example.The addition of Starbucks is nice though Ive never used it. Ive also never used the Asian takeout but it seems to be popular. With the renovations, navigating the bakery section is hard between all of the impulse buy carts and people waiting at the deli.

This is a great community store. While others are building everywhere, or invading pharmacies, Ingles is quietly doing what a grocery store should do - serve as much product at a reasonable price.My wife and I shop at Krogers, we go to Food City when we must stop to get milk on the way home from work; yet it is Ingles that has become our go to store.

Its so nice to see familiar faces. Feels more at home. Great relaxed shopping environment.

Staff and management are friendly and always willing to help with what you need. Store is always neat and clean.

Selection. Cleaniness. Customer Service. Price. This is one of the, if not the, best grocery stores Ive ever shopped at. Always clean with great selection of products and the most helpful staff. The prices are on par with other such stores and nothing to brag about but they are not overcharging either.This is my go-to grocery.

They were out of Good Karma Vanilla Sweetened milk. Other Good Karma milk cartons were present, but in the wrong places. Please keep this in stock!

Omg it was very relaxing atmosphere. Its deli is huge, complete with hot and salad bar. The salad bar alone is about 20-25ft. Oh and it has a place to sit to eat or sip coffee. I did a lap around the store just to admire the beauty.

Ingles has a fantastic sandwich meat selection and theyll let you sample it before you buy. The ground beef and roast is great too. They are higher than most places on cereal, chips, bread, cookies and things like that.

I love Ingles, but, they always seem to be 10 or 15 cent higher than where I usually shop. Ingles has the best selection of Mrs Smiths pies, the best selection of seasoning meats and their store made glazed donuts, keep me coming back. Ingles keeps the rest of the stores in Knoxville honest.. Always clean and kept up.

Hi everyone! Please, dont get me wrong I love this store! The only reason I gave it 3 stars is due to the following:1). Very expensive comparatively &2). Truly wish they would train their bagging personnel. I could swear they put all fragile items on the bottom of grocery bags. My fruit has yet to make it home in same shape as I purchased it-wish I could show pics on this review site, truly.3). Produce Dept needs better upkeep. Im not exaggerating when say there is always rotten fruit and/or veggies when shopping. A great deal of old & moldy fruit at each stand-always. Ive had to remove the rotten merch myself so that I could continue shopping there. Ive literally had my fingers puncture & slide through to center of rotten fruit when pick it up & let me share that it is NOT a pleasant experience. 🤢I would like to end on a positive note & add that I LOVE all of their organic & Vegitarian options!!! Ingles has outdone themselves in variety of the aforementioned & i appreciate the easy prep vegetarian dishes profoundly.Plus, they have a wonderful staff! They are always friendly, approachable, & helpful. My Ingles feels like the neighborhood market where everyone knows everyone & were all friends. Best of all,AMERICAN COMPANY OWNED BY AMERICANS & OPERATED BY AMERICANS- gotta love that!

I really like the way the store is layed out. No squishy aisles here. Also, the quality of service from behind the meat or deli to the ones ringing up your groceries. All are friendly and courteous and are eager to make sure you get help if needed. Keep up the good work and thanks.

Ingles is always clean and convenient. Love that I can get groceries and gas all in one stop. Prices are a little more than other grocery stores but that’s my only real complaint.

Ok let e start by saying WOW!!! Maybe I am jaded, maybe I have been so used to the god awful, rude, down-right disrespectful service I have received over the years that I was literally shocked at the way I was treated when I entered Ingles this morning! I was greeted in produce by an employee who smiled & said, good morning. How are you today? I was taken aback & thought Wow! he must just be rare & in a good mood. As I passed the meat dept, another employee looked me straight in the eyes & smiled with yet another, Good morning maam, can I help you find something? I then continued on to the frozen foods, greeted yet again. Same in the bread dept. As I approached the check out a woman greets me with a smile, good morning! How are you? Did you find everything okay? I said, Wow. Ya know what I gotta tell you I am a bit shocked by the way Ive been greeted since I walked in here today! She responded, Oh gosh I hope thats a good thing? I told her, oh I am just blown away at how helpful, friendly & to be honest I am never treated this way in other stores. The bag person smiles, he greets me. He bags my items & then offers to take my groceries out to my car. In 10 plus yrs of going to Kroger I have never been asked if I need help taking my groceries to my car. After leaving in shock I realized how very sad it is that when I go into a store & am treated the way I actually should be treated when I go to the store... I am literally greeted at Kroger or Food City or Dollar General, rudely, no one even looks at me, if you do need help you have to go everywhere to find them then when you do approach an employee they treat you like your ruining their day by speaking to them. I wanted to write this review because it seems to be common to be treated badly at most stores & I was so impressed by the way I was treated I had to say something. Amazing customer service! Thank you.

I like Ingles, they probably have the best cuts of meat in town. The stores are big and the isles are wide. Staff is laid back and helpful. The problem with Ingles is the selection, a store that large should have a better selection. Sometimes the items the carry makes no sense. Example; they might carry a peticular razor, but not the refill blades, which is just insane.

It was like walking into a mini shopping mall. There Deli has a cafe look.
