The sweetest staff with the BEST loaded teas!!

I couldnt decide this morning so i got a tea and shake. I tried the white chocolate rasberry protein shake and peach tea. Both very delicious! And big servings. I still have tea in fridge to enjoy later....The staff were very friendly and helpful for a newbie and indecisive person like me! I am so glad to have a healthy place here in Hardin Valley. They also have post workout shakes and gluten free!!

They are just a front for herbalife which is an mlm and nothing they sell there is actually good for you

The best protein shakes. Seriously. I’ve tried brownie batter, peanut butter cup and thin mint so far. They are delicious and filling!

Had my first Peanut Butter Cup shake! It was much needed after my workout this morning and it tastes great! Highly recommend!
