The doctor was really attentive
Took my 95 yo for a hearing test. The staff were the most unhelpful and unprofessional I have ever encountered. She needed help with her new Medicare card and was told to call and get the number. Upon calling I was told ( by a very kind and helpful woman!) that the provider should have called to get the information. Obviously Farragut Audiology is not concerned about helping their clients. My mother was in tears. We were told we could wait at reschedule. We chose to do neither.
