BUYER BEWARE PARTS DEPARTMENT RUNNING A SCAMThis review is not for the trailer mechanics nor trailer sales. This review is for one specific department and that is PARTS. Buy beware this is not a Authorized Walbash trailer parts department. They will say they are but they definitely are not. You will pay double for any part you buy off this place. I’ve spent thousand here on parts for a walbash until 3 weeks ago when the truth came out. Ordered a bumper for trailer. I was lead to believe it would be approx 1000.00 plus tax. Bumper was delivered still no invoice. So the lady calls to run card I transfer 1400.00 in account to cover bumper. About 10 minutes later I get response back card didn’t go through. Thinking let me make sure it transferred, yes it did so I say how much is this bumper omg she replied 1980.00 I replied back come get this bumper. Thats when I decided to make a few calls first call was to walbash. At this point that’s when I found out I’ve been lied to from the first day. LANDMARK IS NOT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR WALBASH!!!That was first misrepresentation than to find out this bumper only cost 950.00 Kinda fit what I was first told from lady at landmark. However this woman and her greed caused this entire ordeal to blow up. She was trying to make double on this bumper. I had paid her 1000.00 with EFS CARD for bumper. So I started looking back at the doors she ordered and the cost from walbash is 550.00 each plus 160.19 for locking handles and hardware each for. I was charged at landmark 2640.00 for 2 doors that would have been 1440.00 from walbash. So basically this woman is almost doubling her profit on every part she sales. For two weeks I’ve requested her to come get bumper and bring 1000.00 back in cash or cashiers check, she agreed to take it back and it’s been excuse after excuse and than trying to say I’ve got a great deal on bumper. I said come get bumper she tried to send a company check I refused a company check she wasn’t paid with a check. And after speaking with multiple dealership I was warned she would not refund money she would get bumper and bring a bogus check to get bumper than I would be out a 1000.00 on bumper. Thats when I called her out and here response was just to funny KEEP THE BUMPER!! I just lost a bumper and shipping. I replied back you didn’t lose a thing bring my money in cash and get your over priced bumper. She refused to come get it. Because she knows what the bumper cost and she got caught up in the scheme she had be running on our company. Bottom line stay away from this parts department and if you chose to buy parts check around you might be surprised how the prices will be so different and not by a few dollars more like a few hundred or thousand.

Parts person was very helpful and had all of the items on my list that I needed. Convenient location about a mile off I-40 at Rutledge Pike exit. Best trailer parts place I have found in Knoxville.

This place is amazing. We worked with Mike and Anthony. These guys went above and beyond to help my husband and I when we had a break down. Their work and customer service is wonderful. I will be telling all our driver friends about landmark trailer. Thanks so much for all your help and hard work.

Danny and his crew are outstanding. Prompt diagnoses, maintenance scheduling, updates, and completion of work. The mobile maintenance unit is extremely convenient. I feel very comfortable with guys and will continue to do business with them for a very long time.
