Right on time being the only place in Knoxville that has my concrete saws drive belt on stock, maybe a little pricier than expected but thats the cost of convenience I guess. Hats off to these guys great services

Very friendly, very helpful staff!.. the only downfall Id say is that I had a 30 minute commute to this establishment and literally the entire commute I attempted calling to see if they had a part I needed and I couldnt get in touch with anyone via telephone.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I took a chainsaw to Cox Power and Supply in Mid March and told them it needed to be rebuilt. I was told it would be 30 days. The second week of May, I still hadnt heard from them, so I called. They said they would fit me in that week and call me back. Three days later they called me and said the saw needed to be rebuilt. I said I know I told you that when I dropped it off. The fella told me he was going to have to call a guy in Wisconsin and get a price for the rebuild kit. And that he would call me the next day. A week later I still hadnt heard back so I called yet again. The clerk I spoke to said we dont call that guy, we figure out what we need and when he calls us we give him the list of what we need. Then told me they we get back to me shortly. June 29th, I called to find out if they ever got a price on the rebuild kit. The clerk put me on hold for 11 minutes then came back and said he had to check with his manager. Another 5 minutes on hold and he told me that he would call the fella in Wisconsin and have a price by the end of the day. I never got a phone call, of course! So June 30th I went in with my claim ticket and told them to give me my chainsaw back. It took the clerk 12 minutes of looking to bring me my saw. The worst part is although the saw needed to be rebuilt it ran when I took it in. Now it does nothing. Like I said in the beginning GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I went to Cox after being referred by a friend whose family owes a landscaping company. Apparently they only work for their corporate clients. If you are a homeowner go elsewhere. What a waste of 3.5 months of my life.

Stopped by Cox earlier today with my Dad’s Stihl chainsaw, got a new bar and blade and was out in under 5 minutes, and the cost was significantly less than I was expecting too! Great business!

The best place for service on any small two stroke equipment period. Its not even close. Great selection on the best brands. Dont buy junk and you done have to work on it. They have a great selection. Red Max weed eaters are amazing.

I took my husky chain saw in to have muffler repaired I was told 20 dollars to helicoil. I was charged 77 bucks for tune up and plugs fuel filter and labor. The saw ran fine and I didnt ask for anything else to be done. so my 20 dollar bill quickly went to 77 bucks. oh and they had it a month. shame shame!
