Horrible customer service!! Arrived a few minutes before 6 and waited outside the locations door to be let in (COVID regulations of only so many in their store at a time). Store closes at 6 mall closes at 8. Very confusing!! When the girl finally comes to the door was told they were closed already, by this time it’s 6:02. There was still a couple shopping in the store. I told her I had driven 45 minutes and just needed to grab a few masks. It would take all of two minutes. Attendant told me I’d have come back tomorrow. I tried to explain I had been there before closing it just took her that long to come to the front to let me in. Her reply, come back tomorrow......Horrible customer service!!!

I love my new Vera Bradley Sling Bag in Pretty Posey. Its gonna be perfect for my trip to NYC next week to see the sites. Ive been a big fan of VB for about 20 years. I have many purses, wallets, luggage and even beach towels. Ive never had any problems with any of my purchaces, or been disappointed at all in the product. My collection will outlive me. I just love the quilted material, and all the style and pattern options. Plus, you cant beat the price for such a beautiful product, that makes you feel like its been made especially with your needs in mind. My favorite place to shop is West Town Mall, in Knoxville Tn. This time I placed a phone order to pick up at the store, which Brittany M was happy to help me with. Brittany was very sweet, and was very excited about my purchase. They are running a good sale on the Sling Bags, and I was afraid they would get gone. The girls working there are always happy to help, and are very excited about what theyre selling. If you havent tried the VB Sling Bag yet, I highly recommend it be your next VB purchase. Its available in different sizes and many patterns, plus two different types of material. Im so excited to be hands free, and no worries about my important items while Im taking in the city. Thank you Brittany M for your help, and thank you VB for making, in my opinion, the best bags ever.
