I highly recommend Mr. Mattress! The owner was helpful in our selection, then went beyond reasonable to support the sale. We had a small concern with our purchase and he immediately stepped up to make sure we were satisfied. For a small fee, a delivery company brought the new mattress and hauled off our old memory foam. The prices were compatible with “on-line” deals, plus we got superior service.

I had planned on giving a 5 star review because we were very happy with the pricing and service but upon 2 weeks of sleeping in the beds we purchased, we realized how uncomfortable they were (we purchased the 2 twin xl to make a king with 2 adjustable bases). Now that is not their fault in the least as we aren’t happy with the MLILY brand mattresses, but I had my husband to call and ask if they had any guarantee because other mattress places do offer that so we were just curious. The owner literally laughed in a smart Alec way at my husband like it was such an absurd question. We would have went back to purchase a new mattress there from the experience we had in store despite not liking the ones we got but due to the attitude given when we called and asked a question, we won’t go back.

At the suggestion of a good friend of mine, I purchased a mattress from here approximately eight months ago. Mike and Marti were so helpful in the selection process and I ended up having great conversation with them once the mattress was loaded into my car. My only regret is not writing the review sooner! Went today to price 3 bunk bed type mattresses. We are a foster family and were in need of the extra beds to continue to serve. After pricing at several stores I went to Mr. Mattress. I was greeted by Mike and explained to him our need. He gave us a much better price than anywhere around. After loading the mattresses he came in to tell me we owed nothing. This business did a great job of putting me in the right mattress without upselling me. We purchased a 15 inch memory foam mattress from Mr. Mattress about two years ago, and we could not be more pleased with the comfort and quality! Good people doing good business at reasonable prices. Im going to have sell the Queen Revolution I got at a great price (Not quite firm enough for me but Im a bigol boy. They dont restock but thats understandable for mattresses) but Im going right back to them for 2 XL twins, one super firm and other a little softer.

My wife and I were very impressed with Mike and the value we received at Mr Mattress. We visited the store expecting to only look around but the service we received, the quality of the mattress and the value couldnt be beat. This is a small store and doesnt have all the frills of some other mattress stores but the quality of their products are just as good or better then other stores, in my opinion. I went to a well-known mattress store beforehand during a semi-annual sale where they were very willing to cut me a deal if I bought it right then and were very pushy. Thumbs up! I recently replaced mattresses for all the bedrooms in our house. We were shopping for our master bedroom, liked Tempurpedic, but could not afford the price. Mike at Mr. Mattress recommended an alternative all foam brand. We were so excited with the lower price and similar comfort that we purchased the Bed Boss “Revolution” mattress for ourselves and two guestrooms. Mr. Mattress shipped the matts directly to our home and we are still ahead in savings. We love our “Revolution” and so do our guests!

Mr. Mattress was the first mattress store we visited when we decided to purchase a new mattress. The employees were friendly but did not use the hard sale. Their mattresses appeared to be priced well from what research I had done online. We decided to check the prices at a few other stores in the area. The other store were priced at a minimum of twice as much on their mattresses and each of the other stores used hard sales techniques which I find irritating. Oh course we went back to Mr. Mattress and made a purchase. The owner even helped us get the mattress tied down to the roof of the suv. I will remember the great service that I got there and i will go back and if anyone asks Ill recommend them 5 out of 5.

I made a purchase at mattress firm that I ended up being unsatisfied with. Then I discovered Bed Boss and found Mr. Mattress online. Mr. Mike Copeland went well out of his way to make sure I found the mattress I wanted. He stayed a couple hours after closing to wait on me because I was coming back from North Carolina.The service is top notch and the mattress is extremely similar to a tempur-pedic. My husband and I recently purchased a matress from Mr. Matress. Last year we went there and bought 2 beds for our kids and were so impressed by the owners, and their helpfulness, that when we decided to buy ourselves a new bed we immediatly went back. Mike recommended the Revolution Memory Foam Matress (which we ended up buying) and I have to say we are more than thrilled with it! Its amazing how much better we are both sleeping! The quality of our sleep has improved by leaps and bounds. We are still getting the same 6-7 hours of sleep we were before, but we are actually waking up refreshed, rested, and all those little aches and pains are GONE. It is remarkable!
