Our AC decided to quit the other week when it was so hot. Since we live in a manufactured home, we called Northgate about repairing it. It was going to be several days before they could get to us to repair it, but we went ahead and made an appointment. The morning they were supposed to come the Tech called us. They were at our home within 15 minutes. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The techs (Jason and Billy) knew what they were doing and went right to work. They answered all Steves questions, and did not get annoyed with us. Our air is working great now. If you live in a manufactured home, you need to call this company for any help. From the young lady we spoke to first, all the way to the techs, they are friendly and ready to help. We have a cool home again!
