I stopped in to OFO and was promptly greeted by Chris. I told him I was evaluating two brands of high end ergonomic chairs, one of which was a Herman Miller. Chris spent several minutes showing me the features of the chair I came in to test as well as other chairs and desks available for purchase. His knowledge of OFOs product line and high level of professionalism and customer service were greatly appreciated during my visit. I would definitely recommend working with Chris and visiting OFO for all of your office furniture needs.
I was visitng from out of town several years ago and stopped by Office Furniture Outfitters to kill time before a nearby meeting. I ended up leaving with a good used office chair. I dont recall the brand but it was an excellent value and lasted me a long time.Recently I wanted to upgrade to something better for my permanent home office. I was in no hurry and shopped around Atlanta. Then, coincidentally, I found myself in Knoxville again and thought to stop by Office Furniture Outfitters. It was in slightly different location from my first vist, across the parking lot. Looks like theyve upgrade a lot and I thought the prices would have increased to match. I was pleased to see they still had some great deals. A nice young man named Jay helped me find an excellent used chair that I left with that day. Its great!Its not the most convenient place for me but if I were local, it would be my go to. I will definitely try to do my furniture shopping when business takes me to Knoxville. Great service and fair prices.
We were there looking for a high quality, used chair for our home office. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and we were able to quickly focus in on an excellent option. The price was reasonable and we have been quite happy with our choice. They even carried the chair out to our car. Good prices. Excellent service. Quality furniture.

I’ve now had 2 chairs in repair through their Herman Miller servicing. They’ve been absolutely incredible, and have went above and beyond to try and help me out. Ryan, their repair technician is very friendly and actually wants to help. The management actually cares, and I would recommend everyone buy their furniture from here and have it serviced. They will continue to have my business for years to come.
Stopped by hoping to test a few Herman Miller chairs for my home office, and walked away with a brand new Aeron for less than what I’d have paid on Herman Miller’s website (even in the middle of their spring sale). Chris was helpful, patient, and let me take my time with each option. Highly recommend for any individual or local business looking to make an upgrade in their office furniture!

OFO is the first and last place I call to buy new and used furniture. Over the last four years they have supplied our growing business with furniture for 6 offices (2015) to 50 office (2019). The quality and price of the office furniture has met all of our needs. Todd Reynolds goes out of his way to help me find what we need from conference room tables and executive office sets to task chairs. They have always met their delivery schedule and the folks that deliver and assemble furniture have always been courteous and professional.

Had a great experience buying some office furniture with OFO. The furniture was good quality and priced fairly. I was able to work with a salesperson to get the exact type/size of desk I was looking for. When it was delivered, it was in perfect shape and the delivery guys were on time, efficient, friendly and thorough. They even hauled off my old giant desk that I had no idea how I was going to get rid of!

Our office buys nearly all of its office furniture from here. The selection is unbelievable. Its a warehouse or two of an endless sea of furniture. Its organized, clean and straightforward to navigate. If you need help, the sales staff is helpful without being pushy.
