I needed a few pallets so I called these people I could come right now. The service was exceptional with a really good price! They even loaded the pallets in my truck for me. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend coming to them for any pallet needs!

I ordered a bunch of pallets and they helped me get them onto my truck but unfortunately they all couldn’t fit They didn’t give me a hard time about it but instead held them off to the side and told me to come back later. I told them I needed to return in the morning and was expecting some issues but they said no problem. If you have any pallet needs this is your place. I’m all for customer service and I’m super happy I was able to get what I needed!

When I first started working for this company I thought I was taking a short-term job. But, I have seen the way that management works here and I am impressed. I think I will be here much longer than I anticipated.

The woman in the front was extremely helpful and gave me all of the information I could have needed. She was great and I am extremely satisfied with the company.

I had called CHEP to see if they were buying pallets and they quoted a fair price, so i made the trip to Lonsdale with a load of 4840 pallets to sell. Upon arrival, I was told they couldnt buy from me unless i was in their system and it was a 2 day wait for processing! The Receptionist also stated that CHEP only pays by check. To their credit, the Receptionist was friendly, but this trip was a complete waste of my time.

Called about pallet information was hung up on and tried calling again went to voice mail. Dont waste your time.
