R.C. Enterprises has come to my aid twice in one week where they were on the scene in less than 15 minutes. In this cold weather, the roads are dangerous.. If in an accident or stuck in a position where your vehicle is obstructing traffic, or for any other reason at all; i wouldnt go with anyone else BUT R.C. Enterprises. Their dispatch, service time, efficiency, customer service, all the way down to their availability is above par. I only wish they would help fix my vehicle. 😕. RC Enterprises did a great job on the body work and paint on my 2016 Nissan Frontier. Throughout the process everyone was courteous and helpful - even did a little light interior detailing. Considering parts had to come to Kodiak, timing was also reasonable.

Courteous and professional. They have helped me when I had a drivers side window and mirror broken. The worst and most over priced car repair shop I have ever been too. It would probably be cheaper to ship your car to anchorage to get the work done and faster!

I had a very disheartening and disappointing experience with the customer service person (a woman) yesterday. She went out of her way to make me feel like a bother and a nuisance. Pretty poor for a business these days.

I had a great first experience with them, they are helpful and informative, called me in a timely manor when my car parts arrived and got my vehicle in and out in the time frame they told me. I would recommend them for auto needs.

RC replaced windshield after a town truck kicked up a rock and smashed the glass. Seal lasted about 18 months before it started leaking. Moved away from Kodiak before the seal failed so I couldnt return the car to RC for repair.

Wish they did mechanical work too! They go above and beyond what they need to do and help the customer out any way that they can.
