I was traveling through the area with a van full of show dogs on our way home from Florida when my van started having issues. It was 4:30 and I called 3 other shops in this area that would not help me. I called this shop and not only were they willing to help me they actually stayed after hours to fix my van and get me back on the road and charged me normal rates for parts and service. I highly recommend this auto shop. Its rare in these times you find this kind of customer service and fair and honest prices. I am forever grateful for the wonderful employees at this shop.

Well it is now known as Southside automotive Care or something along those lines Mr Burns sold it The new owner is very attentive The crew are amazing Ive had my car in there twice and both times it has been completely repaired of the issue it was nothing major and it was not expensive I expected to pay more than I did I had a couple of sensors that needed to be replaced in my engine and I was in and out one day service I mean they are absolutely terrific at what they do The prices are beyond fair I mean if you want a mechanic who does not rip you off or cheat you out of money this is the place to go

I had called with an issue of not having headlights working and even tho they were extremely busy they said to come by. I had called two other places saying I need headlights to drive at night and they couldnt get me in for a week. Burns auto cares about their customers

Ive called a few times for some quick repairs and theyve been super helpful. Construction going on around my house and I ended up with a 4-6 inch nail in my tire. Then, oil light came on. Theyre generally pretty busy when I drive by. I called after opening and had a bay open for me in the afternoon. Customer service was great and came with great value. Appreciated their work and accommodations.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen for a business. Took my car because it wasnt starting. Its a second car so we told them no hurry and they gave a price and they had it a few months but never called that it was done. We called and the price had went up because they did things without asking us. We paid and my husband drove it to work. After work he went to start it and it was dead. Called them and they ignored us. Car is still stuck at work and they dont care. Its been 3 days now have to try to do something else. You guys might be good at changing oil but thats it. The owner is really shady talks a good game but doesnt follow through. Stay far away here. The only reason you got 1star is because I cant post with none. You dont deserve any.

Its a fairly small shop with a very small waiting area however the prices are fair & the customer service was nice..he was really busy so it took a little longer than Id anticipated but they seemed very knowledgeable & friendly.

Very friendly, replaced a wheel bearing quickly and very cheap. We had our one year old son and one of the mechanics even gave us a ride home and brought the car to us once it was fixed! Highly recommended​!!

Burns auto care is the best place to go. The staff is always friendly and they go above and beyond. Very honest and down to earth people. I wont go anywhere else.

Sudden radiator leak forced me to stop at 4:45 p.m. on a Friday. Very helpful, willing to bend over backward and do a quick fix to get me home. Friendly staff.

They fixed my car at a fair price. I know my way around an engine and a shop cant pull the wool over my eyes. Burns Auto Care didnt even try and thats hard to find these days.

Seemed very friendly at first, but was charged over $300 to fix a heater that would not heat. Worked for a day then quit working. When I brought it back in, I was told by the guy at the front that him and the boss would look into it first thing in the morning. Called in the next afternoon and somebody else was just getting to it. He said it would be an additional $600 to try something else. I wanted my $300 I already spent as credit. Manager would not agree. Very unprofessional and not honest with customers.

This place costumer service suck .. I got my car fix here and spent almost a 1000 dollars for the same problem to happened again ..I called them and told them the problem ..yes they called and had it towed but u should of check the problem immediately when it touch down on your grounds when the problem was your falut ..but when i called u got nasty with me and havent even pulled my car in -..im missing work and money for tbis issue ..i will never take my car here again 😠

My daughter and husband just took their Kia there for battery, they charged them $200. Really! Then told them if they didnt have them put it in it would be $45. I thought these were Christian people? That is a rip off

Charged us 300$ for cleaning a sensor. They had it a month and still in same condition as when we took it in.. These people are crooks . avoid at all costs!!

This place took my dads car and wouldnt look at it for a week so he took it home instead of waiting for them cause he needs his vehicle. And when he got it back it was messed up worse. DONT GO HERE!!! They suck
