Fun to explore, but its hard to find something specific if youre looking for a particular item. Staff are not very helpful and sometimes seem completely absent. Its more of a flea market/decor store than an antiques venue. It can be hard to identify prices for items.
It bills itself as an antiques place, but its pretty difficult to find non-furniture antiques here. A lot of the stuff is shabby chic, rustic, or primitive... Not vintage or antique. Its also very hard to get the attention of any staff. The building itself is interesting and cool, though.
From the outside it looks terrible but inside there is three floors of treasure to explore. There really is not much organization to it so you just have to wander around to see stuff. The 2nd and 3rd floors are nicer stuff kind of like a consignment store with different sellers stuff in spaces. Found some neat stuff but did not get any today. Prices are all over. They range from bargain prices to outrageous prices depending on what youre looking for.
Unfortunately did not get to the third floor but the two floors that I explored were definitely more than enough. I really like this place as its different than the other business like it in Kokomo. I find the inventory thats available for sale a lot more organic and in a natural state and some of it kind of rough but I enjoy the authenticity of its age. Great shop I will be back to get to the third floor. I noticed that they had complimentary coffee out for their guests!
Always love checking out this place here.... great place to come and spend couple hours if you choose to, and great place to buy pieces for your homes!!!
Never been there but I would love to know how one reviewer had breakfast there twice while at a Carolina Beach. And at a used furniture store at that. From the photos and reviews the place looks and sounds great.
Great deals..some things $1! Well spaced out.
I love this place!!3 big floors of stuff!!Huge verity of antique, refurbished house hold decor/furniture, old stuff you may have never seen before and some really cool and not so cool junkTheses are individually owned booths/spaces so some pricing is really great and some you will find wildly over priced.Everything you can imagine reallyI want to say there is something for everyone even if you didnt know you were looking and if by chance you walk out empty handed, its a really good time just looking and digging around!!
Very nice selection of items. Booths were clean and well-organized. Helpful and friendly staff.
I have gone there for years. It is so much fun to look around. They have a lot of unique items.
Love this place! I have found numerous records and other lovely items. I also have found gifts too. There is always new items and always friendly and quick service!
Great place, we love to come here, & look around, never know what youll find here.
Nice folks. A little bit high on prices.
We had breakfast there twice while at Carolina Beach, good food n great Service.
One of the best antique markets Ive been to has a lot of great stuff.Didnt notice employees wearing any identification which would be handy but I could of missed it too.Would highly reccomend a visit!
Great things but some items are priced really high
I have taken very many things to the Treasure Mart on consignment for years. I have probably not taken anything to the consignment shop for 2 years. I bring many items to the store today( December 15) and was told I am no longer am allowed to bring anything. I ask why and she said the owner said I caused trouble. How could I have caused trouble if I had not brought stuff to their store for 2 years. I ask to talk to someone else . She took me to the lady in the office who said the same thing. No explanation. I am not a trouble maker. I was very hurt by this . I ask if there had been other people that have been told this and she said yes. I hope it doesn’t happen to you if you have a consignment number. I just felt people needed to know what happened to me today .
Its been a number of month since my wife and I have into the treasure mark. They have really stepped it up since our last visit. Very nicely decorated booths lot of great antiques. And reasonable prices.
This is such a fun place to find rare gem antiques! There are so many floors with so many items to look at! It can get a little hot in there during the summertime, but it is totally worth it! Love coming here to browse on the weekend.
Some nice stuff, but way overpriced.
Really good place, little more expensive than expected but well worth it, good experience.
This is my wifes favorite stop when were in town, for used books and Depression Glass. Ill drop her off and go about my business until she calls.Tip: Happy Wife, happy life.
We enjoyed wandering around this very large shop. A little overwhelming at first, but got better when we moved to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Prices varied, but lots to look at.
Three floors and plenty to select from. Prices are far and a friendly staff.
I love this place! They have a little of everything! Some new stuff and antique! You can find almost anything you want right here and it is massive 3 stories! I hope you have several hours just to get through the place!
A multistory building housing a lot of antiques and vintage stuff, from clothing and art to furniture and even records/old books.Looks to have been installed in and old textile factory or similar, and has a uniquely cathartic feel to just walking around in such and old building that has clearly seen much of Kokomos history.
The Original Treasure Mart is definitely a treasure. My wife and I love going to antique shops and flea markets and this place did not disappoint. There is a very broad variety of items and vendors to choose from. Definitely worth getting lost for a bit. But, I will say there are many vendors who seem to sell items that are a bit trashy or seem like junk. Like things you would have seen at Goodwill in the 90s. But the major complaint I have is the staff, which is my reason for 3 stars. When we have been in there, there seems to only be foul mouthed, lazy, rude, teenage boys working there. You could hear the foul language from them through the store, along with their rough housing. And when we were cashing out, the one boy just stared at us with his feet up and had this little attitude like hes not getting up and waited until someone else helped us. And then the boy who helped us didnt offer a bag for our many things or attempt anymore help. Though we like this place, we did not like the service we received.
Returned for a second day, great time
Not as much as I expected.
Wow people not wearing masks, either not at all or nose exposed. Had to rush out to avoid these people was a good 15 -20 people.
Real cool place to go find treasures
Another great staple of Kokomo and its history. If you cant find it at the treasure mart it doesnt exist. Booth style sales. The sales staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They will help you move large items to your vehicle after purchase. All in all youll never have a bad experience there.
I absolutely love this place. They are always so helpful when I am looking for anything.
Was my first visit and enjoyed it. Give yourself and hour or two if you want to see most of it. Got a few planters for a good deal. Will be back!
Always fun to check out this store! It’s located in a cool, old building- basically an antique filled with antiques and all kinds of unique, vintage treasures.
I absolutely love this place! Its so fun to walk around, I always find something.
Alot of home decor
This is such a wonderful place! There are 3 stories of wall to wall treasures to browse through! And if youre looking at everything, you can easily spend 3-4 hours there and still not see everything! My wife and I absolutely love going here!
Usually find what I want
I love this place. I always find something neat when I go in here. Easy to lose track of time when I go here.
Like to look around. Sometimes buy something.
Nice clean, organized store with reasonable prices! Expect to stay a couple of hours if you want to look at everything! 3 stories!
This place was awesome. Nothing like a fleamarket though, mostly distressed decor
Fun,,, its always a treat hunting for a Treasure, this was 3 huge floors of hunting, could of spent all day there !
So much to look through and so much to offer.
They have everything
What is not to love!? This store is packed with wonderful finds from antique to contemporary. The pricing of most items is reasonable and the staff has always been friendly.
Helpful staff alot of albums to go through.
There are so many different items here its crazy! Three floors of second hand furniture, household items, collectibles, old records, books, jewelry, anything and everything you can think of. Theyve organized it much better over the years so its easier to browse. Its fun to just walk through and see what you can find. Prices are based on individual booths but they do accept offers as long as the seller does too. There is an elevator for wheelchairs.
Always good times at the T mart!
This place is great for finding both antiques and more modern home furnishings alike. They seem to get new stuff on a more regular basis like a Goodwill store than most antique marts, so if youre into places like this then it doesnt hurt to make it a part of your monthly rounds. Its also big, so if you dont have a specific mission in mind then you can easily spend a lot more time here than you originally scheduled.
I havent been here in a while but had good luck finding items. It takes a bit of time if you peruse all three floors, which I like to do. A great way to enjoy an afternoon.
Good place to look for things from the past. Good deals to high dollar prayers in a big 3 story building. Spend about 45min to 1.5 hrs. everytime I go.
Cool place to waste some time. Mostly antiques and odds & ins. Relatively, large place. Bet you cant make it through the place without finding, something you cant live without...
Absolutely love LOVE the place. Theres something for everyone. Stuff there brings back memories too. Go check it out if you havent been there.
They have 5 floors of antiques and bargains. The people were very nice. And I like the bargains they had. Plan on going back in the near future.
Love this place...
Great place to look and shop for older antiques. They do consignment. Nice friendly people working. Little booths with neat little decor and handmade projects..soaps, candels etc..
A must go to place. Three floors to look through. You can be there 2-3 hours so much to look at. I make it a point to stop there when I visit my sister. You will not be disappointed!
Love this place!
Found great old stuff. And love the items you get an extra 10percent off of for each additional month theyve been there. Thanks for bring there.
Great finds, always something new!
Throughly enjoyed seeing so many displays in one place. It was a nice time with our granddaughters and niece.
Great place for antiques
Great place to have an adventure with the family. Bought some cool stuff at good prices.
Love this place. Never know what your going to find. And when you see something you want BUY IT....
Treasure Mart is a place you can shop all day or possibly more than one days. The prices are very fluctuating in Boots though some are overpriced there are a lot of deals to find in there. I personally know one of the workers, Brad Clark is very helpful is very knowledgeable about their inventory and hes very good in customer service.
Most amazing experience Ive ever had with other peoples belongings. This is scary how every area is like someones ancestors favorite bag of potato chips. We love going here and laying on the top of the building and eating hot wings when Gary lets us up there on Wednesdays for Drinks.
We really like this place. Fun, unique way to shop for treasures. Sometimes you find a great deal. The only thing is the sales people dont ever seem to be in a great mood or very friendly.
So many things to see, most very inexpensive, I really enjoy going treasure hunting there, I cant wait to see whats coming for Christmas.
Bargains and neat stuff everywhere!
Found this place by accident and it was a very pleasant surprise. 3 floors of treasures. I spent half a day in there and still wasnt thru looking. If I lived closer I would be a regular there.
Dont bring too much cash or youll leave broke and wondering where the last four hours went...cool shop with lots to see and items worth having.
Cant wait to go back!
There are several floors of antiques, collectables and knick knacks. Amazing quantity and quality.
Jeffs doing a great job
I have been shopping @Treasure Mart since I was little. My grandmother used to take me as child to search for treasures and now as an adult I visit whenever in the area. It is always such fun to hunt for goodies and brings back many good memories.
Really nice place and lots to see.
This place is an antique craft vendor area. The while building is divided up into little shops of people selling items. There are neat finds to be had for sure. Be aware there are steps to go to the 2nd and 3rd floor. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that some places seemed really cluttered as in a lot of shops in one area where others seemed sparse.
I love this place!! Just full of Nostalgia 👍Great way to spend your birthday, or anyway
Love finding hidden treasures here! You will need more than just an hour to explore this massive building that is full of antiques and vintage items!
I found some awesome after xmas gifts!
The mart is lovely but their winter hours are not posted online, which was greatly inconvenient for my brother-in-law who traveled from Hartford City. I do look forward to returning and checking out their wares. I suggest calling in advance to check on hours if youre planning a trip.
Great deals on items that have sat for a while and very friendly staff..
Just called to see if they would check a measurement on an antique piece of furniture. I thought they could call back when they had time. They stated they could not. So I guess they didnt mind missing out on a possible 500 dollar sale.
Really nice antique store. Lots of misc. Prices are reasonable and negotiable. Three floors of everything you can think of.
Really cool store, great place to kill some time especially with 3 stories! And you might find something cool you cant live without along the way!
90% off TreasureMartChristmas... 2 loads in 3 days of art, furniture + more - have yet to hit $100.00 total. A Kokomo tradition, better with time IMHO.
The antique mall is located in a old factory building must have been built around the turn of century huge wood beams amazingly well built. There are 3 floors to walk through not all antiques but still interesting.
Great place with good prices on they products. not a lot of new that loos old. a few parts have the new items but mostly Old to bring back great memories.
The very first place you should go when shopping for unique, antique, or eclectic finds. The name really does say it all!
Came in here looking for anything to do with Lighthouses and to kill time. Unfortunately, they just kind of have everything everywhere. No organization whats so ever, that I could tell. But, lots of cool and interesting things. 3 floors full of old stuff. Need to work on the organization thou, makes you have to look everywhere.
Love to look around. See things that bring back memories
