This was our first time working with Kokomo Toyota- and I happily give them 5 stars. I was able to complete the the purchase experience over phone, email, and text and that convenience allowed me to save so much time that I otherwise would have had to spend driving to the dealership, sitting in the dealership, and returning home from the dealership. My car was delivered to my home, where the final paperwork was completed. It was the easiest and most efficient car buying experience I’ve ever had. I worked with Adam Richardson as our sales consultant, and Dustin Gingerich as our finance manager. Adam answered all of our questions from the beginning and walked us through the entire process, and was always prompt to return texts and emails. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Dustin and Adam then worked together to get us the best purchase financing for our financial situation. It was a pleasure to work with Kokomo Auto World and I would definitely do so again with another car purchase!

Customer service is always stellar. Never behind schedule. I have never had an issue. I will continue to use KAW as long as I own a Toyota.The only thing I dont like is that theyre closed on weekends.

The are my favorite Toyota dealer to take my car to for its oil changes and repairs. The staff are very professional and take good care of each customer. One of the other reasons that I like them is they are more affordable than some of the other dealerships that I have been to. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because sometimes an oil change service can take over 2 hours depending on how busy they are.

Appointment No. 1: In early March, I went for service on my Honda Civic because it was shaking when I would brake. I explained what was happening and said I didnt know if it was my tires or my brakes. When I picked it up later in the day, they did a tire rotation and alignment, and the report showed my tire treads were all a 6. No issues with my brakes. I leave for a trip the next day and the shaking is still happening. I call right away and schedule another visit for when I get back in 4 days.Appointment No. 2: When I return, Im told my tire treads are all over the place (from a 1 to a 9) and that I needed at least 2 new tires... AND if I wait until April I can buy 3 get one free. (Convenient, huh? I said I would only pay for 2 if thats what I needed.) I chalked it up to the first technician not checking my tires and later scheduled an appointment to get 2 new tires.Appointment No. 3: I schedule an appointment for the 2 new tires. Guess what? The new tires did not solved the shaking problem.Appointment No. 4: I call to speak with the service manager. She is very friendly and asks to do a test drive. (Something they clearly did not do the first 3 visits.) Once shes in the car and I brake for the first time, she notices the issue.Appointment No. 5: Schedule an appointment for technician to look at my car to find that rotors are warped and drums needed replaced. They dont have all the parts but replace the rotors.Appointment No. 6: Replace the drums. *Note... I was not charged for the rotor or drum work.It took 6 appointments and several phone calls to finally get this issue resolved.I have been a customer of Kokomo Toyota for 8 years and have always had my car serviced there. Now, I dont trust that they are doing what they say they will do, that they take the time to really look for the problem, and the perception is they want you in... take your money... and send you home, whether your car is fixed or not.I will no longer go to Kokomo Toyota for any service work, including oil changes. I highly discourage anyone from having their vehicle serviced there.

Not only did I have to get a routine oil change & tire rotation today, but needed to get a recall fix of a new fuel pump. Needless to say, I was expecting to be there half the day cause I have to wait on my car . Happily, I was in & out in less than 2 hours! By far this is the BEST service department I’ve ever dealt with! They always have friendly staff efficient service, but today was exceptional!

Took my 2012 Honda civic in for routine oil change, and had them put on diagnostic test, because I thought I felt a tug once in a while accelerating.Codes on diagnostic test were okay; however they recommended I have a flush & fill or the transmission fluid. It was overfilled. When I asked how it could have gotten overfilled; when Kokomo Auto World was the only place I had oil changes and fluid levels check; I was told I dont know about that.I wasnt happy about this response and would have liked to have heard, I dont know, but I can check and let you know .So Id still like to know HOW the transmission fluid was overfilled.MC

I needed a car immediately because mine had just been totalled in a car accident. They had a used Honda Pilot that was perfect for us. Some identity and insurance issues came up because we just moved here from California last week. Adam and the others did everything they could and got us in our new car that day.

Amber was very cheerful and knowledgeable while checking me in and out for my recent oil change. Oil change and tire rotation was completed in a timely manner. This was my best experience regarding customer service in the service dept in the last 4 years of oil changes!

Had a fuel injector issue. They got me in on a timely basis. Communicated the issue to me and paid for rental car as the issue was covered by Honda. Will use them again (as opposed to a closer dealer).

Excellent customer service I received!! I had a issue with a special hose to fix my A/C in my Honda Ridgeline and with no avail due to this current situation with parts on back order all across the country, my service advisor went above and beyond and with the help of her parts advisor they tracked down 1 available hose that wasn’t in their normal network of distribution of parts. A+++++👍🏻

Due to the shortage of in stock Tacomas with the options I wanted, I had to wait on a to-be-built unit. Travis McKinzie at Kokomo Auto World helped me through the entire purchase process. He kept me updated at every stage of assembly and shipment and when the truck arrived at the dealership, he texted me multiple pictures of it and even a video of it coming off the truck.In this current time of inconsistent and generally poor customer service, Travis and the team at Kokomo Auto World provided a refreshingly good experience. I highly recommend making the trip to Kokomo and purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Purchased new highlander in late June. Our price included installing original running boards. Took car for installation. Couldnt do it on scheduled day. A 100 mile trip there and back. Rented car. Wasnt installed correctly. Service manager told us. We want new original toyota running boards. The manager had to ok it with owner was in fl. Be back. Last week on Wed. We called and guess what manager on vacation. We have called no one answers us. 500 miles on new car . Nothing solved. A month and still nothing. I would not purchase nothing from them. Not all my story Im sure you get the general idea. Thxs for listening.
