I have been going to Best-One of Indy tire since I got my first car senior year of high school. They have always taken good care of my vehicles and have treated me like part of the family. I miss Randy. He was a great guy, but Larry and the current team are great. If something isnt right, they will do their best to fix it, and they always communicate honestly about repairs. I dont like taking my care elsewhere. I feel like I can trust them.

Corey was awesome. Had an issue with balancing and they made it right. Things don’t always go as planned but they make it right which is all you can ask for.

Repeat customer, these guys, specifically Larry and Cory always offer great knowledge and a variety of options to choose from to make a good decision on which tires you choose from for your vehicle. Store has several available and if not, they usually can have it the next day. I came in about 9 30 AM, and was out about 10 30 AM with new rubber and an oil change! The service guys were great as well. Ive used other big box tire stores until I discovered Indy Tires, (now Best One) 15 years ago, and thats where Ill stay!

Got my pickup in changed front brakes and rotors checked the front end out my steering was real tight and didnt return to me when I made a turn they found a bent steering shaft called me ordered part it arrived at 230 the next day I got a call at 400 it was fixed very efficient and polite all my vehicles will come here for service

I stopped in to get a price on tires for my 1/2 ton pickup truck. The sales manager was very helpful in recommending a great tire . He then told me if I could wait a week that there was a rebate that would be in affect. He ordered the tires so they would be there. I stopped in on the day the rebate started and they got me right in. I was in and out in just over an hour. I thought I would have to make an appointment and go back, but it saved all that hassle. The tires so far seem to be great.Good ride, and quiet, as well as looking good on my truck. Ill be giving them a real test the next couple weeks when I hook up the 5th wheel camper for a short trip and then the week after, just an 8 hour drive out of state.Thank you Best one for a great tire, great service, and great price!

I had a golf cart tire that needed repaired. I had to call them a week and a half after I dropped it off to see if it was ready for pick up. They forgot to call me when it was repaired. The facilities are clean. The folks I dealt with friendly.

I would like to give Best-one a five star rating. The service my wife got was amazing! Thank you Larry! We took our car in to get an oil change and tire rotation. The two gentleman in the back who worked on our vehicle finished it fairly quick! Definitely would recommend!

Ive been in the customer base for 6 years and dont have a single complaint. Ive taken semi tires to be repaired, bought new ones there with good experiences. Ive taken my passenger vehicles there for tire work and even sent my mom and sister there for suspension work and everyone has been well taken care of and in a timely manner at that. Chris, Ben, Kory, and Larry havent let me down.

I go to Best One a lot and they do really good work. However pricing seems to change too much. We call and ask how much it would cost to change a light and they tell us 15$ well I get it done and it comes out to 30$. I paid 20$ for light blubs that I could have gotten for 10$ everywhere else. I do like their shop just I feel Im being over charged sometimes.

I brought my car in to have tires rotated. The service team got me in and out quickly. They actually pulled the alignment staff member to do my tire rotation. I had a great experience.

I cannot express how thankful I am for the people who work in this business. I arrive one day worried about how my car was driving. I thought I just needed a tire rotation and balance. I was met by Frank, who worked behind the counter. Frank asked me about how my car was driving and I explained. He took the time as did the people who also worked in the garage to see why my car was driving strangely. Come to find out my tire was coming apart on the inside. It was a dangerous situation. Everyone was Fessional, friendly, and caring,. They have a new customer for life.

Very disappointed made a appointment on Wednesday to drop my truck off Friday morning while at work. Took it in at 7:30 am to have tired mounted and balanced I was to get off work at 1:00 pm called them at 1:00 and they had never touched the truck yet didn’t even have my name right on there paperwork didn’t get it done until 3:00 pm just got excuses about why it wasn’t done yet I didn’t buy my tires there I just think that’s why they was not in a hurry to get it done. If that was the case they shouldn’t have said they would do the job and I have bought tires off them in the past on my other vehicles but I don’t think I will use them in the future.

Indy tire in Kokomo, I will never go anyplace else unless I’m stranded somewhere and don’t have to choice. They are the most friendly and kind people. From the very first time I went there I was greeted with a smile and I left with a smile.

My low pressure indicator light kept coming on. Finally took my car in and it was repaired and ready before 9:00 am! There was a small screw in my tire and another plug was coming loose. So grateful they found the issue and took repaired it in a time manner. Staff was very pleasant ant courteous too!

While customer service was great, I took my car here for a transmission flush and was told my car needs “special” transmission fluid. The mechanic told me he was unable to get access to this fluid. Went to another shop and they had it in stock and informed me it is a very easy transmission fluid to obtain.. I don’t know whether the shop just didn’t want to mess with it on a Saturday or what.

Got a 4-wheel alignment done and feels good, reasonable price, done within 2 hours, but they scratched up my wheels a little bit I noticed. Good work, just wished they had been more careful.

Had a flat on my mower. It was already getting late in the afternoon. Took the wheel off and took it in. They were already very busy, but were able to fit me in and have it back to me in about an hour.

Came in to pay for another vehicle I had there and asked if they could quickly change my tail light. Larry was the manager on duty who didn’t say anything rude but was rude with tone and spoke down towards you. I wasn’t sure which light it was but I texted my friend and he said passenger. I told the gentleman outside it was the passenger side. They didn’t have the bulb so I had to leave it. I picked it and drive straight home. Checked when I got home and it still didn’t work. I called back and spoke to randy. Randy is very nice and the reason we have always gone there. He told to bring it back in at my convenience. I checked the paperwork and it states cyst didn’t know what side. I saw the driver side off and my guess is they changed the wrong bulb. I won’t return unless randy is back at front desk. Larry has no business dealing with public. $30 for nothing. My husband changed the bulb himself today.
