Store is always clean, usually has quick, efficient checkout. I can find assistance if I need it pretty easily.

Target has good prices and the store is clean.i also love Targets online shopping. I had never had a bad experience shopping in the store. Plus the employees are always nice and helpful.

Typically love target but today, I had a rather uncomfortable experience. Shopping with my family, I walked off alone to the makeup department where I was approached by the electronics department worker asking me if I was told about their sale threw att with their no contract phones. Total normal, I know how sales departments work and was prepared to listen to what the worker had to say until I could very clearly see him staring at my chest. Now the first time I noticed it I let it go. However he continued it very obviously. It made me super uncomfortable that I ended our conversation with a short but firm no thank you on the sale. He walked away and I went back to my family where I promptly told my husband. I asked him to come back over to the makeup department with me because I didnt want to go back over there alone. My husband asked me which man it was as we left the department and he then notices he was also doing it to another women!. Very unprofessional. Ive never in my life felt so vulnerable. I quickly told my husband I was ready to leave the store.

Dont normally shop Target, but they had a specific product we needed for my daughter post-op. Found the product, zipped through check-out, and off to pick up the daughter...all in less than an hour.

Ive had bad experiences in the past at Target. Today I actually felt welcomed & the cashier was really nice & helpful.

Really great experience when hunting for a Nintendo Switch! We would visit and ask when their next tech shipment was and they asked nicely! At my their time doing this we found a Switch Id love to thank the worker that helped me in my search for a nonmarked up Switch!

Never had any issues here...decent clothing selection for the kids and alittle bit of everything. Would rather give my money to them than Walmart whose kokomo location really bites.

Everything here was nice.It is a great shopping option.A big plus that it is attached to the mall.The concessions area has wonderful smells.My wife got some good clothing from the clearance section that se is happy with.Over all happy to have it as an option.

Glad there is a Target still in Kokomo since so many other department stores have moved out of the community and/or gone bankrupt. I have a hard time finding clothes here but everything else is fine. The toy section has a large selection and many items I havent found elsewhere. I also like that they still have a registry for weddings, showers, etc. makes gift shopping and giving easier.

Had not been to target in quite a while. Found what I was looking for without any issues. Went to customer service to pick up an online order for a friend. Cindy was so nice and professional not only with me but others that came into the area. She was the most pleasant and caring person. Glad I went.

Convenience! I purchase supplies for team members in other cities. It saves us so much time to be able to order online and designate other team members as alternate pick up person for their Target location.

The store (in Kokomo) is almost always clean and well stocked. The managers and the people who work there are excellent representatives for the store. Target wins over meijer (except we have to get groceries somewhere) and definitely wins over Walmart (wish Targets prices were a bit more competitive with Walmart though)

The caramel corn was not ready. You open at 8 am so why does it take 2 hours to pop corn? This is not the first time this has happened. When I go in at it is NEVER ready. I asked why the pop corn was not ready and they said well we were just busy. So every time I go in the in the morning they are busy? IF that is the case then why not put a sign out saying caramel corn only after 11am. Why open at 8 if everything is not available?

I am at the Kokomo IN store and I am standing in the seasonal clearance. There are 3 associates next to me. 2 are discussing some fall inventory and how to display it. The 3rd associate is looking at me and when I make eye contact she looked down. 3 times this happened. I am clearly in need of assistance as I have an item in my hand. I finally have to interrupt the 2 who were actually working on something because the 3rd person is clearly not interested in helping this customer. Very disappointing.

Went to get a Bissell Pet Vacuum Cleaner. Sale signs on all bissell models highly visible. Rang up at a price $80 higher and was told had wrong vacuum cleaner. Went home and ordered exact same vacuum from amazon for the price on the target sale sign. Had next day free delivery available and had it by 2:30. Amazon wins again!

I had forgot my confirmation email but with proper identification I was immediately given my order. Very nice and will highly recommend to friends and family.

I went into the store in Kokomo Indiana tonight to buy my granddaughter a playhouse. I found one, the little tikes cape cod cottage in red, the tag was marked 79.99. I took the tag up front and it rung up 129.99. They called back and it was confirmed it was marked for 79.99. It was told to me they didn’t have one in the store and I would have to order it in. I went up to the customer service desk to order it. The girl then told me it was sold out and no target had this playhouse. I asked if I could order to on a back order. And she then told me no it could be ordered at all, that target simply didn’t have them. I came home this evening and began looking online for a playhouse, I was directed to target for this playhouse where I could order it and have it delivered to kokomo location by Wednesday May 22! 😡😡. I feel violate and abused. Thanks target for lying to my face!Angel lamb

I love Target!! Kokomo has the biggest target with out the marketplace that Ive ever seen. We go to the one in Muncie all the time but this Target is just as great. HUGE dollar spot. Do reccomend.

I shop at Target often. I tell family and friends about the great deals and selections.

I was looking for a soldier snow globe online. It said that the Kokomo location had it in store. I called and talked to a staff member who said they did indeed have it but was not able to ship it to me. I was willing to make the hour and a half drive to pick it up. I was getting it for a friend who’s daughter was killed on thanksgiving of this year. I wanted to have her daughters name and birthday and death day engraved in it, so for me it was worth the drive. The girl I talked to said she would take it to the customer service desk and could hold it for 24 hours for me. She took my name and phone number and I left my house in Fort Wayne immediately to drive down and pick it up. When I got there I went straight to the customer service desk and she didn’t have it up there. She sent me to her supervisor. Him and another girl who’s name I didn’t catch helped me search the store to find one. We searched everywhere and didn’t find one. The supervisor Tim was very apologetic and he took my name and phone number and item description and said if he found one he would call me right away and find a way to ship it to me. The girl that helped me search the store came up to me and hugged me and apologized again. Why on earth the girl I originally talked to said they had it when the didnt still makes no sense to me. But Tim gave me a $25 gift card for the issue. I can’t thank Tim and the other young lady enough for trying to help me and those two are the only reason I’d ever return to this location if I was ever in the area. It was horrible driving that far and not getting the item I drive there for but it was nice of those two to go out of their way to help me and truly cared and tried to resolve the situation. I can’t thank them enough for their help and kindness in a messed up situation

Well organized and helpful staff, did not give the wife a hard time when she had a dozen coupons. They always have enough cashiers so you dont wait in line very long.

When I went to pick up order it was ready, the Target employee was helpful.

It has what you need. Managment must have forgotten why the store is there.If you need assistance, you are better off asking the customers. Managment (If you can find them) are to busy doing busy work, to stop and assist the customers.
