Went there Saturday and there was a new girl there that I never saw before that had blonde hair and I asked her what developer I should get for this hair color because the box didn’t say and and they didn’t have the hair color I usually get and I was going a lighter blonde than what I had in already so she tells me a 20 and she had an irritated attitude when I asked her. I spent over $60 there only to dye my hair and have it come out darker than it was before even though it was supposed to be lighter. My friend used to work there and she said that girl should be fired because everyone knows that 30 developers lifts your hair two levels up and she shouldn’t of had an attitude with me. Never again! I’ll just order my hair color online from now on. Lesson learned.

I bought a pair of clippers and wanted to return them, and it said temporary closed on the door but I saw a girl inside. I tried to grab her attention for a good 3 minutes and she just continued to ignore me. I decided that Ill just go back to my car and call the store to see whats going on. I called and she didnt answer. I called again and she had unplugged the phone so therefore I couldnt find out what was going on. I dont recommend going here because there workers obviously dont wanna do their job.

Love the store but the asst manager is a total b***h. Not helpful, would rather ramble on about the products she uses and diss the brands you choose if it isnt the one she personally uses. Long time customer considering shopping elsewhere due to this employee. Long dark hair, buyer beware!

In the last few months I went in looking for a volumizing hair powder and a comb with a pick on the end to help me get a super straight part in my hair. Found both of what I needed and the 1 product was the generic brand that worked just as well as the expensive brand. Will definitely be back for the hair powder again.
