They wont serve anyone who doesnt have on a mask. Lets not forget the fact they arent even a store you can enter. You cant sale me a Necklace for my girlfriend for Christmas because I dont have one a Mask. Ok thats fine Ill take my money elsewhere. Your loss.

I was there on 1/17/3021, around 3:00 ish, The lady that was on the clock was very rude and short with us. I’m trying to ask her a question and I think she didn’t even know the answer about the cheap jewelry. I told her thank you snd we left.

My necklace broke 3 times and not once did I have a problem getting it replaced. They were out of 20 inch necklaces and as soon as they came in I was contacted immediately. It was pretty awesome and fast service. I definitely would recommend this place for your jewelry needs..they even carry body jewelry.👍👍👍

I let my ears grow back for a few years so I could get them repierced in a better location. When I explained to the woman what I wanted she didnt listen and repierced them in the exact same spot. Still cant wear wire earrings or anything larger than a small hoop. Very disappointing.

My wife got her lip pierced here with her best friend. They were uneven but fair priced for what she got
