Rack Room Shoes needs to carry more size 5 womens shoes in size 4 girls shoes in all

Great selection, reasonably priced but store was unorganized and staff didnt seem interested in helping.

Walked in and asked specifically about their BOGO. The associate explained they didnt have enough tags but to pick out second pair that ended in 5. After half hour and very little to choose from went up to pay and all of a sudden the price changed and there was litterally no other shoes that qualified. Evidently I had to pick ones that had the tag ... Yet they didnt have any tags. Manager there says sorry the associate explained incorrectly. Manager offered no way to fix the issue. Such poor poor poor service. I walked out. Will spend my money elsewhere and never return.

Plenty on staff to be helpful. Must wear mask. Buy one get one half off sale right now. Bought pair of sketchers and a pair of nike for 120 ish. They have large selection.

A great assortment of shoes to buy. Offered help while looking at shoes. Found a great pair for casual wear.

Decent selection of shoes & always seems to have sales. But always difficult to find employees for any help had to yell out last time I was there after waiting over 10 minutes with no employee in sight just to check out.

They have a good selection... though the products tend to be not as affordable as one one hope.Even with the buy one get one half priced sale.

First visit. Definitely not my last though. I found the sandals I wanted. I looked EVERYWHERE before finding them attack Room.

This place is awful. ‘Workers’ sitting on the counter not paying attention to customers at all. Shoes on the very top shelf and I have to go to them to ask for help instead of them checking on us like they should be done. Lack of customer Service if you ask me. Employees wearing crop tops which is very inappropriate in my opinion for a family store. I will never shop here again.

Craig was wonderful help! He is friendly and professional with a contagious smile.

The two cashiers were to busy on their cell phones to walk the store and check on customers. The store was a mess.
