Clean store. Friendly staff. You can always very easily find someone to answer your questions. Great selection. Fantastic prices. The only downfalls I can think of is that they dont carry a few of the major brand names in power tools, and their app is not very good.

Dan Wilson installed a new dishwasher for me, purchased from Menard’s. His name was on a list that Menard’s personnel gave to me. I am very pleased with his service; he arrived promptly to my house, had already picked up and inspected the dishwasher, and had it installed in no time at all. He also helped me with a few issues I was having with new cabinets also purchased from Menard’s. The issue was not with the cabinets but with the contractor who had installed them improperly. He helped resolve those issues too. I would highly recommend Dan.

Still super high prices... if I had the time I could order supplies online and pay 1/10 of the price that Menards charges... but overall great selections

I am sad that they raise the prices in order to give a 11% rebate. That is the only explanation I can come up with when I find 2 different prices for multiple different items.

Menard is underrated. They have great knowable staff. They are polite. I love the deals and savings and also the stock! They always have more in stocks then anywhere else.

I enjoy going to this store every time I go! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Seems they are all knowledgeable to where any item is no matter what department they work in. I give them 5 stars no problem.

Menard actually had knowledgeable employees to answer questions and were familiar with the store location of the products . They had available stock. And very clean.

This was May 1 2020 when I went into the store without my mask, just as other customers were and my husband and I had no problems and we kept our distance. Then when it was time to check out the lady at the cash register refused to ring us up until we put on masks. The gentleman customer in line behind me summed it up perfectly when he said that it was BULL**** that she was doing thisWe spend quite a bit of money in this store and I WILL NOT GO BACK

I WAS TOLD THEY DO ALL THE UP UNTILL I WAS READY TO PAY.-mason sand 50#bag - $5.99 Menards price-mason sand 50#bag - $3.38 Lowes price.MASON WAS THE MANAGER ON DUTY ON 9/17/21 @ 1230pm & is the one who tried to pretend to help me. First he pretended to search and search for the lowes item acting like he didnt see it. Then after about 5 mins of waiting he said I do see it for $3.38 but I cant match it I can only go to $4 and you have to give me the receipt because your not aloud to get the 11% discount. WHAT?? 😆 this dude took my receipt and tore it up. I bought 4 bags of sand people! The rebate was like a $1.70. HE did not have enough common sense to realize that saving the company literally like $2 is not worth losing a customer that is a contractor. Its this lack of being able to assess the bigger picture that plagues the Snowflake generation. So Mason here is a small piece of advice for you. Next time a customer is wanting to save a few dollars make it happen. I know your already thinking to yourself I did my job perfectly no you didnt you lied and said you would price match it if it was identical but you didnt. So next time dont lie!

Quick Service, had what I wanted, at a low price

Not my kind of store Im a truck driver I delivered a load this store (Kokomo) Indiana. I walked in ask could I use the restroom he, yea its in the front of store I said ok . A employee followed me all the way up there into the restroom I payed tht no attention I did some shopping needed things for my truck pay for my items went back to my truck, they didnt fit so I took them back got another item paid for that.,as I get to back they had me my bills go to my truck.. get to the guard shack this old man swing my open says let me see your receipt what you purchase. I said to him why they said you came out with a bag I said yea I did I walked passed all them employees no one said anything but this seem raciest not ever coming back here I was delivering a load for them this how they treat you on 8/15/2021

Believe it or not I found a staff easy to find in this great big box store and they were terrific at directing me in the direction that I needed to go. I will definitely be back to this store on the Northside of Kokomo

This store is huge. It’s really fun to take pictures in the quarter kitchens and brag about buying a new house. Also I bought a pair of super bright work lights for $10, a very good investment.

They have the brown bag sale going on now. Everything that fits inside the brown paper bag is 15% off. The ball I needed for my hitch was only about $8. There were plenty of people there, but the aisles are pretty wide so it was easy to keep my distance from others. My recruiter says I have to live in a bubble and stay away from others due to COVID until I leave for basic training, and Menards was a place where I could do that and get my errands completed.

Item on order since 3-6-21 and still havent received. According to menards main office it was delivered to kokomo menards on 7-1-21 but kokomo menards say never received. Time to return over $5000 worth of materials all due to missing the shower walls. No more ordering anything from Menards !!

I use to enjoy this store. I now drive across town to Lowes. The employees are all young and unknowledgeable. Also they still have the hours posted that they close at 10 but actually close at 9. They have a tiny sign on paper that you cannot read unless you are within a few feet. I recommend you choose another store or Menards elsewhere.

I have always liked the pricing and materials. At the Kokomo store I really like the scan and enter where you dont have to wait on the attendant.

First off Menards is my favorite store and I am a local business owner that spends over $20,000 a year there. Sadly, the way they treated my father in the store (a woman worker was up in his face and yanking on his cart because his face mask was not worn the way she wanted it worn and he did have one on btw) is causing me to take my business else where. Most workers in the store are not wearing them correctly either. The worker was in his face and not practicing social distancing herself. So not only is my father a new Lowes customer, so am I. Everything I have on special order now tomorrow I will be taking my receipts in and canceling them. Masks are not mandatory now and to treat a senior citizen that way who is wearing a masks is completely unacceptable.

Brandy and Kameron are very helpful at Guest Services. The carpet cleaner rental process is much more simple tha. Lowe’s & cost less. Very easy to find items here.

Still requires customers to wear masks the Governor lifted the mandate. Vaccines are readily available. Time to leave it to the individual as to rather they want to wear a mask or not.

Picked up materials from here the other day, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Almost as if management was standing right there watching them, but there were no managers in sight. I hope this is the way they are every day!

Just a warning.... They r still like the Mask Police there, as wth all the other Menards. A little over the top with it in my personal opinion.

Went to the store on May 9th 2021 and was refused service unless I put on a mask. I left a cart full of stuff and went to Lowe’s. The mask mandate was lifted and it’s ridiculous Menards is still requiring them. This “pandemic” is 100% fake to begin with. I’ll no longer ever shop at Menards.

The lighting department was so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me navigate through buying a new fan and me confident that I would be able to install it myself?

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I am a disabled man that can not wear a mask for medical reasons and informed the young lady when she asked me to put one on. Her response to me was I dont care its store policy so I explained and but was asked to leave. I called the store manager from the parking lot to confirm that it was indeed store policy and was informed that they didnt care that the mandate from the governor said I didnt have to wear one because of medical conditions and they are private property and could make their own rules! So I asked her calmly if she thought it was ok to discriminate against the disabled because of their rules and the store manager hung up on me! I will be writing a message to corporate office this afternoon!

I put my mask on before I went inside to Menards and I took a clean cart. I asked a young man if he could help me find a metal snake that cleans drains. I got the item and to check out. The cashier, Jess, was very good at her job.

On March 19th I went to Menards and the two gentlemen at the pick up department were extremely nice and helpful. I ordered some hardwood floors and they were not Wrapped in plastic and the two men helped me wrap them and put them in the bed of my truck so they did not get wet due to it raining. Great customer service and thank you to the two gentleman that helped me!
