Ive been buying from Star Building supply for several years and appreciate theyre willingness to help solve problems and find materials I need. I like supporting small local businesses. Theyve been competitive on prices, and way above the big box stores on service!

Dont even know where to begin. Their kitchen designer measured a ton of things wrong. He neglected to tell me that the toaster would not fit in the cabinet it was designed to hold. He neglected to tell me the pantry cabinets did not come with shelves. The owner of Star building wouldnt give us back the money we spent on the cabinet that was supposed to house the toaster, yet the toaster (normal small toaster oven) didnt fit. He was also unwilling to give us any refund on the cabinet insert that doesnt fit in any cabinet that we ordered. The were very unwilling to work with us. The kitchen designer (Tony Vent) left the company the day our order went in and assured us he would still be available to help. He was not. We spent several thousand dollars more vs going with a Lowes type store, believing in helping the local business, we were wrong.

When I get a choice to get my material I use star service is worth more than cost in my mind
