Got these cute pins, didnt even know they were on sale! Also my boyfriend bought some pops figures and he got them on sale with his rewards! If you can, I would recommend signing up for the rewards program they have, its always nice to get a surprise coupon and save money on your purchase!!

Love it always have things I like and my kids are into it makes shopping a little easier but theyre prices are a little ouchy

Good selection. Staff is bad, they ALWAYS seem like youre bothering them if you shop there. Should we take our business elsewhere instead of bothering you to spend our money here?

I love this store and always have. Ive shopped here for over 10 years and everyone is always super friendly. If you need any help, theyll happily help you. Any questions or confusion, they will easily clarify everything. Store is always clean and crisp. 10/10 would shop again 👍

Usually I love the store but my son who is on the Spectrum and has other mental health issues and is legally exempt from the mask mandate had to wearbone they provided thankfully but it made our visit miserable

I was treated with nothing but disrespect on 4/11/19. Youre employees kept staring us down and one of them INSISTED on holding our things on the counter when we respectfully said no. I felt as though they were calling us theives. What, for how we dressed? I cant wear a hoodie to a mall cause its cold? I know Ill never be shopping at hot topic ever again.

Too expensive

Good selection! The only issue I have is the snotty cashier, when we corrected her on the buy 2 get one free- NOT good on all pops!! She copped an attitude with us! Which was kind of not good for the overall good experience we had had! seriously! Get friendlier people to run your check outs for you, thank you!

Store is so packed you honestly cant look through racks. Manager is horrible and verbally attacks her employees. I also watched her verbally attack customers when she was in the wrong! Nasty person running the store reflects with employees and store conditions.

Cant even buy something without having to have a phone number. I would expect to just go in and get what I want. I guess I didnt realize it was such a challenge just to buy something.
