There was only one gentlemen there with a long line and he was doing an AMAZING job!! I left with the perfect Fathers Day gift and a smile!!

I worked with a girl named Molly. She was extremely rude and clearly didn’t want to take the time to work with me. She didn’t know what she was talking about when it came to bridal jewelry and I will never return because of how unprofessional she was. I can’t believe the horrible service I received. She needs more training. She was to busy on her Apple Watch to even listen to what I wanted to purchase. She tried to ignore me until she knew I wasn’t leaving. She sighed at me when I asked to get my finger sized. If this is how the Kokomo employees are I will find a new place to go. There was another man I saw that was vaping in the back with the door open. This place needs better people.
Fast and friendly service with a smile answered every question and even helped me stay in budget best kay jewelers ive been too and ive been to at least 6 other locations want good service good choices and an overall great experience kokomo kay jewelers has it down pat
My husband bought a wedding set from there 9months ago and my center stone came out. Apparently thats a large issue with them as I have looked into many other reviews with the same exact problems. Very disappointed in this. I have also spoken with many other people who have said that their stones(center, solitaire or just small diamonds on the side) have repeatedly fallen out multiple times in just a matter of months to 3 years.
I am giving zero stars. I know many places closed down because of Covid 19 for a while. Kay’s reopened and I gave them time for a couple months before calling in because I couldn’t imagine how stressful reopening a business could be. That being said I had put a ring on lay a way back in January. I paid nearly 100 dollars on said ring. I called in to Kay’s and they said they stopped doing lay a way and had no record of my ring or payment. Thank goodness I had used a credit card. I had to prove to them I paid that way. Then they said the ring was a special order so I could come pay for it when I wanted no hurry. Now I called an they said that they have no record of that call. Someone is supposed to call me and hasn’t. then yesterday I called and made an appt at 4:30 to have my engagement ring cleaned and sent in for repair the diamond has a crack under it. I went to Markland Mall. I live out of town. I got there early at 4:10 pm and they are closed. I had just called an hour earlier to confirm my cleaning at 4:30. Sign on the door says they close at 5 on Sunday but they were closed at 4:10. That being said sadly I have to go to Kay’s because my ring is under warranty. I will not be going back to this location in Kokomo. Zero stars would be more accurate. It won’t let me rate kays in Kokomo any less than one star. ::Update they did partially fix everything but sadly they ruined the wedding ring shopping and the happiness that it should bring was nothing but tension. They honestly made this experience awful. My fiancé and I felt that they were awful. I have made at least six trips to kays. I made 5 phone calls and nothing was every fixed. They All employees were finally helpful at the end but not without acting unenthused. They only fixed the issue because I spent five hours in the phone with their corporate office. They had to fix the problem after we complained to corporate. They didn’t fix it because they wanted to. They truly lack empathy. The women in there seem to be very unhappy. If you want to have a good experience go anywhere else but here. The dream of getting rings with your partner that most girls dream of was not attained at this location. This was a nightmare. Thank you a lot Kays for ruining a special time in our lives!

Loyal customer for 17 years. Spent thousands of dollars on jewelry there. They do not honor their extended warranty. They had no record of purchased ring, or the 6 month inspections. I showed them proof I bought it there. No record. She was willing to offer an ESP on a diamond I no longer had, it fell out. Mgr said I needed to buy new diamond (from there)! They will not get another dime from me!
Would rate 0 stars if I could. Do not not not notttttt choose this store for an engagement ring. They will take your happy engagement, spit on it, and crush it.Fiancé ordered my engagement ring in July. They said it would be in in 1 month. They lost the order. No one followed up on it. We called multiple times, finally had to reach out to corporate. It was reordered and after 4.5 months when it finally came in he was in the store for 1 hour trying to pick it up because there were system issues and the ring could not be found in the system. They eventually just let him leave with it. We were persistently fed misinformation, for which they most recently blamed on holiday hires. All corporate ever did was say sorry and to keep waiting.Stay away.
I bought a bracelet that needed links taken out. And had to pay extra for it. I was to pick it up March 31, 2020. Store closed due to the pandemic. Once the city ordinances were lifted, our local Kay Jewelers is still close . I should have bought my jewellery from somewhere else. Still waiting.

Absolutely terrible experience since we bought our rings in 2013. Every 6 months i have brought my rings in to have inspected, EVERYTIME we have had issues of them not being able to find the information of the rings in the computer.When i had to send my rings in for service, my guaranteed return date was 2 weeks after i dropped off my rings! 3.5 MONTHS LATER and i finally received my rings again, after being lied to multiple times, to find out they never sent out when they said they did.The manager, Mark, is beyond terrible. We brought my rings in for inspection and told him we didnt want to send them in for repair if we didnt have too, because it took 3.5 months before, he said that was fine. 6 months later at our inspection, they told us that our warranty on the diamonds were voided because we didnt send it in previously to have it fixed. NOTHING was ever mentioned to us about it voiding the warranty if we didnt send it in. The staff advised us to call customer service, while one the phone with customer service they were calling mark and talking to him. He told them, he told us that it voided our warranty and we didnt want to send in the rings. So he lied, that was never mentioned. Seriously, if i knew my warranty would be voided, i would have gladly let them send my rings in. He is a complete liar. I would never recommend them to anyone. Im almost half tempted to trade my rings in at a different jeweler, so i never have to deal with them again!
