Called at 330 to come to my house to fix my door spring and i was at drs appointment. Didnt get out of appointment till almost 5 olock and he was nice and patient and waited on me to get to my house so he could fix my garage door! He fixed it fast too. Great service! Would recommend to anyone needing service done

4/16/14 First experience was good with noticeable improvement with new door spring. Had numerous problems a couple of months later. Numerous service calls were placed but their follow-up is terrible. It appears they are only looking for the quick money. The name may say American but their service quality is quite UnAmerican! In short, take your business elsewhere.
