My wife and I had been on a week long 2000 mile ride and needed a new tire, they got us in quickly to get us taken care of. That is the good. The part I am not happy about is that when I tried to get some technical advice regarding those miserable GPS units Harley used pre 2019 the only advise I was offered was to use my smart phone and Google maps. Honestly guys I think we could have tried just a little harder. Just my opinion YMMV.

The staff was very helpful & friendly. They helped my husband & I pick out a bike that was in our price range as well as the best for us! Any questions we had they had the answers for us! It was well worth the hours of driving!! My husband has wanted a road king bike for many years & thanks to them he now has it!

I found motorcycle from them online i liked. Called the sales team and set up an appointment to drive up from bloomington to see it and give it a test ride. When I got there they showed me the bike, but would not let me test ride it without a credit pull and a commitment to buy. I said i have never had to sign anything to test ride at harley bloomington. Was told all cvos require it by company policy. I told him the previous week i tested a 2018 cvo ultra anniversery edition without this and was called a lier. flat out. I asked why he didnt explian this to me in the two conversations we had through the week? With a dead pan expression i was told well we didnt know you would want to test ride it. Seriously?!?! i was just going to drop $35k on a motorcycle and not ride it. Worste experiance ever. Go somewhere else.

I needed some work done to a 2004 Heritage. It had a lot of sentimental value and I wouldnt trust it to just anyone. I visited/interviewed many of the Harley Davidson dealers in the Indy/Kokomo area. I chose the Kokomo dealership because they were professional, knowledgeable, made time to talk to me, and treated me (and other customers) like family. I had several upgraded chrome parts, a few things replaced and some engine work performed. It was a laundry list. In the past when giving a shop a laundry list of things, some items were missed so I was double checking a few things. It didnt take long to realize I could trust them completely. Everything went like clockwork. Ben and Phil helped me pick out some chrome pieces, light upgrades etc, and Travis helped me decide on engine and other work and taught me some things. Rob schooled me on the differences between bikes and was patient with my questions (Im going to buy another bike someday...) The Mechanic (Jim?) did a great job. They are all good people. There were no issues whatsoever. They went above and beyond. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

Harley seems cool because most of it is American made, but the prices are OUTRAGEOUS! $50 for a thin tiny tank top? But funny enough you can buy a knife there for $40... makes total sense....

Great experience all around. Matt was very helpful & fair. And I mean very fair. I got a little less on my trade due to a rocker leak. But when I informed them about a small chip on the bikes front fender I wanted to buy, he didnt hesitate to compensate for it & lower their price either. I actually came out 200 bucks ahead! They out did any other dealership on my trade. They also have great prices on their tons of used stock. Overall, Im very happy I decided to do business with this dealership versus the others. And if your looking for a used bike with low miles & great prices, Id definitely recommend Harley Davidson of Kokomo. Oh...and one more thing. They knew I was kind of ready to get on the road on my new bike. And moved me up to get me out of there. Attentive, quick service. I spent more time deciding which bike I wanted than they did getting me out!

I am not sure of his name, but he was the service manager. I felt he was not pushing me to do anything that was not necessary. I trusted his judgment and was satisfied with the result. He also gave me a ride to my place of work after I dropped my bike off. I have also appreciated the friendly atmosphere whenever I walked into the building. Everyone I have talked to at the shop always seemed to enjoy their job and were concerned with making sure I was satisfied. I have never felt that anyone was just trying to sell me something they seemed to want to provide me with what I wanted and needed.
