Walked into Mattress Firm last Wednesday and was blown away with the service I received. Nathan was incredible. He was a plethora of knowledge regarding mattresses, pillows, sheets, and mattress covers. He even provided some history of one of the mattress companies. I can’t WAIT to get my new bed with all the extras! Highly recommend Mattress Firm and Nathan.

I ordered my mattress on Labor Day and had a confirmed delivery date of that following Sunday. I even got emails and text to confirm this date. Come Sunday I never received my order and I called the store and they said I was pushed off the list, Forcing them to reschedule my delivery for the following day. Well they show up the next day with my order and the frame is broken and they said I wouldn’t be able to get anything that same day… they wanted a 8 month pregnant woman to sleep on my mattress on the floor… but I called the store again and Ken went above and beyond to find me a frame to sit my new mattress on and he drove to Austin and back to deliver it personally to my house. The situation wasn’t ideal or easy but he made up for the errors of the warehouse.

Got an awesome deal on an adjustable bed frame and mattress. Salesman was very friendly, but appears to not know when the store opens.The problem came with the delivery. We were told to expect delivery between 8 and 9 am and a separate crew for set up at 10 am. Received a call from the delivery crew that the store does not open until 10 am so they would not be here until 11:30. How could the employees not know this?!?The set up guys called and I asked them to push back set up to noon. They said they had to cancel and I would need to reschedule them. Anyway. I called the store when they opened at 10 am and the employee there helped me a lot. Got the delivery done and the set up for later that day.It was a very stressful situation but all was well in the end. Just took all day instead of just the morning as we had planned

Darius showed us what we wanted to see but before we committed on the mattress we wanted, Darius wanted to show us a couple other mattresses. So, I never wanted an adjustable base for a bed until I felt the pressure disappear instantly just by elevating my feet while trying out a mattress. I purchased the brand purple in a queen for a bed. Chris was the salesman that helped me through the purchase. I also purchased a frame sheets and mattress protector. I was told that the bed would be delivered on July 26,2019. When the bed was delivered, the old mattress was suppose to be hauled off. They told me that I had to set up and pay for old mattress to be hauled off. Then they said that they didn’t have room in the truck to haul bed off. I called mattress firm in Kyle, where we purchased from, and Chris no longer works there. I asked if they could just put the old bed in garage, they left it on my back porch, a king size bed with the box springs. My old bed was in good condition and box springs still have plastic cover on them. Someone could have used this bed. Today is August 6,2019 and I still haven’t had any contact from mattress firm. Now I am told that Jennifer is the manager, and she is busy. Again they said I should expect a call by the end of the day. I will let you all know what happens. Be aware and make sure that you ask any question and ask twice, don’t be shy.

My wife and I wanted a new mattress and figured the only differences in them were the firmness, we could not have been more wrong. The place is conveniently placed and easy to get to. They were short staffed when I was there so it took a little to be helped. Fabio, gentleman that helped me was well mannered. He wasn’t very informative though, I had to ask a lot of the questions I wanted answers to. They were running a Memorial Day sale and I had to ask to make sure I was getting the sale price because it originally wasn’t on the receipt, thankfully I checked because I ended up saving $200. He was reluctant to take that money off of my bill and tried to update me to get the adjustable base, and I get it ya know, people gotta make money but I feel that I was very clear about my expectations from the beginning of the interaction. Overall not the smoothest transaction but it could have definitely gone worse, thank you Fabio.

Update: This year I stopped by this location to purchase box springs really quick. The current employees in this location was really nice, professional and helpful. I glad this location didnt have the same team when I went over a year ago.I would give -1 star for today if there was this option. It was my first time here and I felt the average comment score 4.7 star on Google was made by company themselves. The service were awful. I told the lady I had been to Sleep Expert before I came. I didnt know they are same company and I felt I was not welcomed to the store. The only information I got from that lady which were they have same everything as Sleep Expert and she didnt attempt to try to sell me any mattress. Overall Im sure the lady didnt want to keep the sale in their store at all.

My bed is great. Th;e service I received at the store was good. The finance company that Mattress firm uses is fraudulent. Mattress Firm and Synchrony Bank lend me to believe that I could make payments with o% msrp at $43 /month. I signed up for automated payments and the took the entire balance of my bill out in the first month!!! I will never use Mattress Firm or their financing again. They offered no help in this matter and Synchrony bank is shady. I would think twice before going here.
