The customer service rep in the morning is extremely rude and judgmental. Not helpful at all I will wait till the PM lady’s go in They are amazing!! Would have been a one star if it wasn’t for the night crew! Thank you night shift for being rockstars AM lady could use more customer service training!

This WalMart makes up its own rules. I hardly shop here because Amazon just does it so much better. I stopped to get a couple of items I forgot at home. The store advertises open until 11 p.m. they couldn’t help me at 10:00 p.m. Wal Mart sucks I hope they go the way of Sears.

Poor customer service. The guy at the service desk was more worried that I knew he was in charge than the help a customer who spends thousands of dollars in his store yearly. Looks like its time for a new store 4 me

Why do they need to treat every customer like they are a shoplifter? Searching receipts at the door. Looking into bags. Is that the kind of customers they attract? I hate going there and avoid doing so if at all possible.

It would be no stars if it was an option. I submitted my Walmart.com order online for delivery. Somehow, it was changed to Pick up inside the store at the Kyle location. I attempted twice, on 2 separate days to pick up my order. The process was horrible. You might as well go shopping yourself to get your stuff quicker. I wasted (2) days trying to get help. The Leadership and staff were slow and non respondent. There is not one designated person handling the orders correctly and it takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes to flag someone down to work on the status of your order or to get your order. I waited for more than 45 minutes while working with a front store supervisor who was handling her front cashier staff (only 2). But after all of the nonsense of this order, the young guy who did not know what he was doing, handed my order to the Uber driver that showed way after me but got helped before me. There was lack of communication within the staff. Finally, the Pick Up Manager (Michael), shows up after many attempts to contact him by the front store supervisor. He seemed as if he was not interested or concerned about any customer service responsibilities. He basically said sorry and that he can have the guy go get my order again on the store floor. By this time I was furious and said no. I wanted a refund, which he said he would process right away (which he didnt!!). I had to follow up days later on the refund only to find out that it wasnt processed. How can so many things go so wrong and no one be held accountable. Whats the point of Pick up if you have to go through something like this. Never again!

If you order online for curb side pick up. They do not start your order until you check in. Example My order According to the App was ready for pick up between 4:50 and 4:55. I arrived at at 4:53 and check in. I went inside at 5:05 12 minutes later and asked about my order. Normally I would just wait outside. But this seems to be a trending pattern. I was also in a hurry to get back. In a Round about way the manager explained to me that there are other orders in line before me. I have in the past set in the parking lot for better than 20 minutes waiting for my food. In short. It would be the same amount of time as if you just went up to the drive-through.

I stooped there to have a tire repaired and to fill my Diesel cars tank.I never saw someplace like that to fix so correctly a cars tire. The technician used a plug/patch to repair a nail hole o my new tire and, like no one does, he used a torque wrench to tie the lug bolts down. After that he checked all tires pressure, drove the car for one block to make sure it was properly fixed.That experience was amazing.

This particular stores website said that they had multiples of the item in stock that I was looking for and they had nothing. The other item I was looking for was a simple jar of maraschino cherries, and guess what-nothing. The staff didnt even bother to help when asked. Their response was oh I dont know, I guess not, oh well. What kind of service is that?

Beware the self checkouts on 8/18/21 I went through the self checkout and made one purchase I woke up the next morning to 4 Walmart.com purchases totaling over $300 and a fraud alert from my credit card company. I got the card and charges reversed and thought it would be nice to let Walmart know. I told the Walmart front end manager that they needed to check all of the Self Checkout Kiosks for tampering, because someone somehow got my card and he gave me a go away answer of Ill go and check them out now unless the Front end manager happens to be an IT expert hes not going to be able to check anything. The correct answer was to say Thank you for alerting us to this, I will call corporate right away to see if they can send someone from IT to detect tampering The answer I was given was either malicious, the employees are in on the scam, or incompetent.

Have gotten products in bulk which has helped my family stay stocked up on necessities such as toiletries. Ive found some good outdoors wear in the clothings department, and even more in the outdoors department.

It is pathetic how Wal Mart has merely become a place where loafers can get paid to do nothing. I see them hanging out with their fellow loafer employees in front of the store without any concern for the duties of their position. There is no supervision, no supervisor telling them to fulfill their duties while on the job. It is sad and tragic that this is what our country has become. A bunch of lazy and entitled deadbeats whose only care is to know when quitting time is arriving.

We love our local Walmart Supercenter in Kyle. However, lines at checkout are problematic. Self serve check out has helped a lot. Got my wifes oil changed here yesterday and mine this morning. The staff in the automotive area have been very courteous and helpful. I have always received good service from them here. I always purchase my car batteries here and windshield wipers and fluids.

This Walmart is nice and big lots of low prices and stocked full of items . You definitely will find what you are looking for at this location while also saving money

I ran into a problem using my temp cc at the register.. several staff members came to my rescue with utmost concern and willing to help. It took a while and had to ring up my full wagon of purchases a second time.One employee (John ?) seems to be front mgmt was very kind, determined to help, and knowledgeable.He in fact has helped me once before when I was $5 short. Great employee..he deserves a gold star 🌟And a nice raise. Hesa Keeper.

Some of the employees were taking about another employee loudly enough for those of us around to hear it. Meanwhile I couldnt get into the frozen section. While they were restocking and taking they werent moving boxes away from areas already stocked. When obvious that I was looking for something not one of them offered to help. It would have interrupted their conversation on how lazy someone was! Most people were completely without masks

Wow, this is the cleanest, largest, and best WalMart Ive ever been to. The first thing that impressed me were the shining floors--theyre like mirrors! The entire store is so clean, and the place is huge. They carry a lot more product than other WalMarts. There is plenty of parking, too. Its a short drive from south Austin, so I will go to this location in the future, as it is so much better than the ones in south Austin, and when I was there on a Sunday afternoon, it was a lot less crowded, too.

I hate the self checkout machines! After a day of work I just want to do my shopping, have a pleasant hello and go home. Went this evening to Walmart just for a few items, only one real employee at a register and there was a line. I waited to use one of the self checkout machines, had trouble with it, had to wait for the one employee working that area to help, then finished ringing up the rest of my items, bagged them and paid. When I go shopping I dont want to feel like Im at work. I dont work for Walmart and after all that Walmart didnt pay me for my service. Disappointing shopping experience. Shop your local HEB or corner store.......

I found here the watering can I was looking for and a pajama that was too cute to resist. Not all Wal-Mart stores have the same merchandise, good to check it out. 😉

Needed an electric cart and there was none at the entrance I cam in at. Greeter went to the other side and brought me one. Broken ankle was very grateful for her courtesy !

If they treated their employees as such and the owner family didnt hold as much wealth as 50% of the population Id actually shop there. Anywhere else is preferable!

Im grateful for Walmart to have recycling bins, as well as trash bins available to its customers.

Walmart is a billion dollar company and never has more than 2 registers open unless it’s self checkout. I have a job, I don’t work for free!! Walmart can afford to hire more associates!! HEB NEVER has less than 10 registers open and are always fully staffed with cashiers and baggers!!!

Super small and friendly Walmart. They don’t have a lot like other Walmart’s do, so if you’re looking for something specific, I’d suggest going to another one. The employees here were very helpful in trying to help me find what I need, even thought it turns out they didn’t have it. Not very busy at all, which is nice

Walmart is becoming one of the worst stores

I really only visited the vision center. My daughter broke her glasses. When you buy a pair of glasses there you get 12 month warranty to get a free replacement if they get broken. Just take them the broken pair and they replace them right away.

I had a bunch of stuff to return since theyre dressing rooms were closed and they gave me no issues, were speedy, and friendly

Its walmart, we all know how it can be. Only issue is they try to force you to wait in a long line to check receipts. I do not wait for that control moment from them. A customer does not have to show anything or stop for them to check your receipt. The company has tons of cameras and people watching you check out, I am not waiting for them to do anything with my purchases. You want to know walmart, check your cameras.

Not a single check out lane open. Only self checkout. Fine for people with a couple things, but most customers had carts piled high with merchandise. No real lines, just a free for all. Pushed my cart full of stuff into the clothing section and walked out. Again. Oh well, putting all my stuff back on the self will give the 40 people working there something to do. Since they obviously arent staffing the checkout lanes.

I visit mostly for auto supplies and there prices are a lot better than the chain parts stores

This store is usually pretty clean but does have issues with keeping things in stock. Understandable during a pandemic but if that’s the case, should post signs letting the customer know. If you’re making a special trip for an item, I would call first.

This store is very clean and well stopped this is the best Walmart Ive been to in the area
