The best ice cream you can find in Kyle, TX. It was my first experience with Baskin-Robbins and I liked it a lot. Compare to Amy’s or any other hand crafted ice cream in town it is better I think.

I always try to give you guys the benefit of the doubt. I wait months before I try again and each time you have failed. Banana splits dont have Rocky Road, Im chocolate or we only have dark. I specifically ask for hot Judge topping and strawberry and you always mess up add pineapple or caramel which I hate. I dont understand why you guys mess this up. Its on Uber and I left my review there as well. Wow

We always come here, the girls working drive thru are rude. They are always out of the cappuccino blast, and always want to get my kids ice cream that is always listed on their menu and they never have it! If you never have the ice cream listed, it needs to be taken off it has been there months. Need to get it together.

Chloe was very rude! No customer service training. I wont be back. My family wont be back. My friends wont be back either! Terrible time at my favorite ice cream shop!

We had a great experience there today! I had a 2-scoop sundae with strawberry topping and it was wonderful! My friend had one scoop of yummy delicious ice cream and loved it. Very good service, great ice cream, and a great atmosphere. Well be back soon!

B&R location never has a cake decorator. Very annoying and inconvenient.

Since when do these companies get to start choosing whenever they want to be open or not like like if it says 11 oclock it should be open till 11 oclock or at least 5 minutes before 11 but no this place is shut down almost half an hour before 11 oclock. Wow

Since COVID the team as really been trying hard to maintain the quality service. My main issue even before COVID when the frozen drink machine is down or out of order they dont seem to care if or when it gets fixed. I could be a DD issue both are in one establishment.

Always out of certain flavors, everytime I order. Today it was rocky road, very berry strawberry and cookies and cream. Over half my order. It is no where near closing and theyre out of so many flavors. Why does this seem to be a recurring problem for this location?

Hire someone that can do inventory...I think theres room for improvement there...I just want a brownie with pralines ice cream, strawberry syrup and almonds...thats it...😒😔

Kinda pricey ($12-something for a small strawberry banana smoothie and a large chocolate shake) but the quality of their ingredients is so worth it.

Why are they Dunkin donuts and they dont have donuts. I would expect empty shelves 10 minutes before closing, but not two hours. I have come to this location at least three separate times and the shelves were empty. Dont expect any type of customer service from this location.

The current B-R ice cream is not as good as it was in the past. The ice cream I had recently tasted stale & bland. Even some of the major grocery chains (like H.E.B.) have better products with their store brands, not to mention the premium ice cream brands that did not exist when B-R was at its zenith in the 60s & 70s. Dish it out at home & save the trip.

Good ice cream. Not the best area for kids to sit but I guess if theyre older than 5 theyre probably going to be fine, as long as theyre past the run off once your hands are full stage....

Not impressed with this store. They didnt fill the cone I got with ice cream so I only got the tiny scoop on top. It was definitely not worth the almost $3 I paid for it.

We came here and they were out of three of the flavors we asked for and waffles cones. We then proceed to question why they were out of everything, and the guy working stated, “We have been busy and we are about to close.” We were here at 7:30pm, and they do not close until 11pm. Worst customer service. I can’t believe the guy at the drive thru tried to argue with us. I will never come back here!!!!!

Ordered a football cake and was told they didnt have that mold. I settled for a different cake. Later that day the cake decorator for the store called, and said she DROVE TO CEDAR PARK to pick up the mold. What great customer service. My son was thrilled with the cake. Thank you, Thank you!!!!

This place always has its smoothie machine broken.

Terrible experience, waited for 30 minutes for 3 milk shakes. Shakes were half melted. All the employees looked at us and laughed as we waited.Not to mention, they didn’t have ANY of the original flavors. They should market as 28 flavors instead of 31.

The service was ok. They gave us the wrong ice cream but changed it out when we said something. I ordered a hot fudge sunday and they put nuts on it. I wish they had asked first. My mom got her world class chocolate and said its perfect. So over all...4 out of 5.

I just got my cake for my sons 2nd birthday, and it is AMAZING! ITS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED.

On 2 different occasions, I walk in and wait to be helped by someone to buy some ice cream. The first time, after about 10 min. I finally stop someone and ask if I am going to be helped. He is working the drive thru and I ask him why no one is helping me. He is obviously not equipped to answer the question. He asks someone else if they can help me. The second time this happened, I just walked out without bothering to waste any more of my time. Please dont waste your time here either. This is the worst costumer service business in Kyle, and I have been to most.

First time I went in here service was horrible only one other person in the store and could not get anyone to wait on me. Everyone was busy doing something accept their job. Place was dirty. Thought I would give it a second chance.9 pm at the drive-thru and no one else is in line. Waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there. Couldnt understand anything the employee was saying on the intercom as they were mumbling ended up driving off what a waste time.

Double Whammy its connected to Dunkin Donuts!!! Not all 31 flavors but it does have the major flavors of ice cream

Didnt even get to order before deciding to leave. I was next line for 5 minutes before someone finally aknowledged my presence only to say Ill be with you in a moment. I was never greeted and the staff was running around doing tasks but no one was being helped. On top of that, every single employee looked very unfriendly. This is the first time I leave a restaurant before even ordering due to terrible guest service. Going to drive an extra mile to Dairy Queen. Never coming back to Baskin Robbins.

We walked in and the place was filthy. It was 8 pm and they don’t close till 11. They were out of about 6 different items plus any and all waffle cones. Keep in mind they still had 3 hours till they closed. The trashes were over flowing the bathrooms were unavailable. What a disappointment

My experiences mirrors the previous reviews, regarding not having menu items due to a broken freezer. Two weeks ago, I settled for a different item, but recently visited, only to find the broken freezer issue is still a problem. I walked out. This place should close.

This is probably the 4th time since they opened that they dont an item... today I asked for a brownie sundae... no brownies. Changed it to a banana royale, no bananas, double scoop of strawberry ice cream...no strawberry ice cream! Then another person tells me their freezer broke and they lost $4000 worth of ice cream! PUT UP A DARN SIGN THAT THERE IS NO ICE CREAM! I left upset and dont plan on going back any time soon!

The staff is the least enthusiastic staff ever. Its like visiting the DMV in a sitcom. They mumble at you, are not welcoming, and the place seems dirty and theyre always out of napkins at the counter so you go looking elsewhere. Not my cup of tea.

Went in at 10:20pm and more than half the ice cream was put away and all the chairs were on the tables so there was no where to sit. Staff was super not friendly and you could tell they wanted to get out of there!

Worse service ever. Got a milkshake that was basically melted ice cream. They were out of lots of flavors and put other ice cream in their spots making it confusing on what they did and didn’t have. Won’t be returning ever.
