Called a few dealerships looking for a Honda Monkey. Other dealers were adding excessive fees but not Kent. Their sales manager quoted me a simple out the door price and made the purchase painless.

Had a credit here that was for a deposit on am ATV ended up not getting it but they were friendly so was going to use the credit towards fixing one of my bike in their service department but now my bike wont start and they can figure out the problem I took it end for, hopefully they dont take advantage of everyone that doesnt ask questions because once I started asking questions they apparently only know what whats on paper and cant explain what kind of bike I even had there. These service guys are a joke and I dont recommend them.

Took my polaris EV to get new lithium ion batteries and they did a fantastic job with the install. Nothing but great service at every step of the process!

Scheduled a 200 hr service on a Polaris. Arrived at the scheduled date and time as requested. Had the pleasure of dealing with Tristan Peay service advisor. Tristan prepared an estimate of the needed parts and labor. He continued dialogue as the service progressed as well as recommending additional items that were worn and should b replaced. The service was completed on time as promised. Fist class five star service !!

Looking for Fun and Found It.It had been a few years since I bought a motorcycle and started out dreading the idea of going to a dealership. Dre at Kent Powersports of Austin made my life easy.From the moment I found my bike online to the payment transaction, Dre and the team at Kent walked me through every facet.Even though I wasnt looking for accessories Adam explained the parts ordering process in such a way as to make it simple. Shane in the Service bay was nice enough to get pictures of me since I of course am not a photographer.I cant say enough good things about Kent Powersports of Austin. If I were to buy another bike or other piece of equipment they will certainly be the first place I look.

Ive been looking at getting a new bike and after walking around looking at the bikes for about an hour, I was finally approached by a salesman. We started talking about prices. The salesman suggested another bike and we headed that way to look at it. When I turned around, the salesman was seated with another customer.I will be buying a new bike soon and this dealership will definitely NOT get my business. I will drive to New Braunfels rather than waste my time and money at this place.

Amazing customer service! The Team @ KPS added bigger tires and a winch and side mirrors to my Polaris Turbo S. I also purchased this amazing toy from them as well. So glad I switch from Woods & Ride Now. Nothing compares.

In and out with a great deal on a Polaris 850 premium. Only issue was the financing. I put more than half down and wanted 6 or 12mo 0%. When I went in to sign the papers I got a 4yr 5.25%, which I was blindsided by. In all fairness it was at then end of the day, I had to pick up a trailer, and we were trying to get things rolling pretty fast. I’ll pay it off sooner to avoid interest charges. Shane was very helpful.

I would recommend this dealership to those looking for people who honor their word. I had a minor issue with paperwork and Shane took ownership and immediately resolved without delay.Zerik was very helpful through the entire process. Sean was also very helpful, as was Tristan who was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me the features of as well as answer my questions. Zerick was so good I came back and got a second unit from him. The parts dude is super friendly. Robert in service was on point with the custom electric lift bed install that was included from the sales department, it was even finished early.Easy stress free transaction.

Trying to hit you with manufacturers fees is what they call it, even for the trailer that they do nothing to. Almost $2,000 just in fees for a watercraft and trailer. If your dumb enough to pay that Im sorry for you but I have never paid for 2 of the 3 fees they try to get out of you. I understand paying freight and thats still high but the other too are plain just money grabs. I understand they have to make money but why lie about how you have to do it. Only reason why I left 2 stars is Dre handled it well once I called them out on the fees but still wasnt completely honest about it. Called over to Killeen, only freight and prep fee. Both were half the cost. Just put a deposit on a brand new 2022 GP1800SVHO, oh and they didnt charge freight prep and doc on the trialer either.

Kents been a great resource for last-minute parts, tools, and they do all my yearly bike inspections.

Previously bought 2 preowned jetskis from this place. 1 jets ski had a leak in the hull nearly sank, brought it back for service numerous times to get it fixed & noticed everytime I was about to leave the lot, Id check the oil & it was still milky, finally after lots of attempts for them to fix the leak, a few years later the wires have corroded & fuse harness have burnt out. I was quoted $2000 from a different shop to fix this, This company should of stand behind there services since they fixed the leak & should of replaced the wiring to avoid this problem. Dont buy pre-owned watercraft here! Service needs to step up there game.

Been taking my Victory to Kent ever since I bought it. Ive taken it in for the usual inspections and Oil changes, but also for all the installation and advice for my custom pieces. Came by today because I was looking at. Honda Grom and a Honda Ruckus which they had both in stock. Various colors and it was just great to be able to actually check them out.I am in the market for a mini bike like the grom, I just with they also sold the Kawaski Z125 so I could do a true side by side. Either way great place to check out with great service.So I am editing my review. I happen to come back with my wife today to show her a Honda ruckus. Right off the bat I didnt get a hello or hi. We looked around a little but no one offered any help. Or Ill be right with you. My wife was looking to test drive one, but we only saw one sales man on the floor with a customer. So we walked out.

Poor service communication! Polaris ranger in their service shop and completely forgotten about twice. When returned second time, review mirror broken an issue not resolved. Called and sent sms twice without response. Steer clear of this shop!

I found the Ranger 900 XP that I was looking for and was very pleased with the deal that I obtained. I have also been very happy with the serice I have received on my Sportsman 570. When I first purchased my bike and gold star maintenance program through them they were very eager to provide great customer service and I would have rated them 5 stars. However, 2 months into my dealings with them I am not impressed one bit. I really do enjoy my bike, but all they wanted was money, money, money. Financing department is lackadaisical and does not communicate well either. I would recommend making the extra hall to Woods Cycle Country in New Braunfels Texas, or Ride Austin Now(Woods Fun Center) in North Austin.“Dre”has No motivation to exceed in Customer Service and instead of gaining a life long customer, this one bike will be all I buy from them. He sits on numbers and information and talks a big talk to get you into the store, but cannot back it up once your there. What a joke! 2 stars is just being kind, but they are really a 1 star service.

He was very personable, kind, knowledgeable and did not make us feel pressured into our purchase. DO NOT BUY A MOTORCYCLE HERE! I bought my motorcycle through them. Low miles, few years old and after riding it 8 times, it breaks down on me in the middle of the night on the highway. They take it, say it was the battery and give it back. The DAY AFTER I pick it up, I ride it to work and does the same thing. They take it, tell me nothing is wrong with it and now my warranty is up. So theyre going to stick me with this problematic motorcycle that I am going to have to pay to get fixed probably the next few days after it breaks down. I asked if they could just take this bike with no problems back and give me my money back, but for some reason they dont want to do that.*the answer from the owner was a lie. The motorcycle was not out of gas and he was not willing to do anything to work with us. We asked that if there was truely nothing wrong with the motorcycle that they would be willing to extend their warranty another 30 days and he denied that it even came with the first 30 day warranty. Be wary of this company and the things they say.

My husband took his motorcycle class with Total Rider at the beginning of the year. When it was time to purchase his first bike, we went to Kent Powersports of Austin. They were AMAZING. Great experience. Low pressure and friendly salesI felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I Was greeted by Dre and I explained to him that I was a new rider and was looking for a bike that I could handle with a low seat height that was comfortable and that I would not grow out of real soon. I looked at various models and after days of deliberating and VERY LOW sales pressure I decided on Kent Powersports and the 2018 Honda Shadow Phantom. I am excited to get on the road and join the world of motorcycle riders.

I have been shopping at Kent pretty much since they opened. Luckily I found this shop after dealing with other shops in town that were not nearly as pleasant to work with. I have never walked into this store and had a bad experience. Ive always been greeted and had questions answered promptly. I would say that I am a demanding customer and customer service is crucial. If a business wants to succeed they need to start by ensuring a good customer experience. Kent has repeatedly received my seal of approval. In fact I only refer friends to Kent at this point. The service department is knowledgeable and the calendar for repairs is usually not more than a couple of weeks out. Parts are easy to order if they are not in stock too. Its really nice to walk in a store and be:-Greeted by friendly people- Get questions answered- Have reasonable time frames on parts and service- Have fair prices across the board***Why is it so hard for some dealerships to fail so miserably at these steps???All in all Kent is the go to shop in town, in my opinion. For 20 years my family has been purchasing powersports all around town and I would challenge any other dealer to stand up to this place!Personally I think Brad, Adam, Dre and Shawn all take time to make sure you are happy with your purchase.Ill be back,Rusty

I had a great experience purchasing a motorcycle here. Zerik was quick to help me (a new rider buying my first bike) in making the right decision. I had several issues on my own end that created some complications (registration, ID, and others) but Zerik and the very kind and personable manager, Shane, were quick to resolve my setbacks. Furthermore, Zerik personally delivered my new bike to my residence completely free of charge so that I didnt have to ride it home on the freeway (which could obviously be a little dangerous for someone new). Im really happy with my experience at Kent and very much appreciate Zerik and Shane for their demeanor, patience, and hospitality.

Kent’s was a nice facility that has a good amount of options. You should go here if you need a four wheeler, dirt bike, quads something like that. They did have a couple of sports bikes and cruisers but not enough variety for you to make that big decision. I also dislike that at power sports stores you lose the option of test riding before you buy. Otherwise a nice place with nice people.

Also, great techs on the shop side, if you ever need service done.The Long :This place has some of the most respectful, considerate associates I have ever interacted with in my time of buying motorcycles, seriously! I have the most respect for this shop as well, only bring my bike here if i need some repairs or recalls taken care of. Dre took care of me when I was trying to pick out an Africa Twin, things didnt fit me just right but there was no pressure on me for the sale. Highly recommend talking to Dre if youre looking for your next purchase!On the shop side, Phillip Phill, coolest dude and knowledgeable for any bike question you have. Micheal, service advisor, very respectful and humble dude that helped me out with all my questions and helped resolve any issue I had. With that sort of treatment and having my no issue after having my bike serviced for a recall, leaves me with no worries when I need any service done.

I went in to look for boots and the sales associate helped me find just what I was looking for in their catalogue despite the limited inventory. And gave me a great deal. My boots were there within a week. I had many questions and a few concerns with my bike and these guys gave me clear cut answers and options to address the issues without trying to break my bank account. I had an awesome in-person customer service experience here. The reopening of Austin during the shutdown brought on the fear of riding Capital Metro any longer. Corona is still here and it’s scary to see myself trapped in germs on the bus. Sadly, that is what motivated me to get a scooter. Saturday morning I told myself that I was going to go look for one. I sent my stepmom a text and asked her if she’d be willing to help me look for one. She right away mentioned a store in north Austin. But after picking me up from work, I learned That we were going somewhere else. I didn’t expect that I’d leave Kent Powersport with a scooter waiting to be delivered. They deliver y’all.Something I think was really cool is when I stepped out and asked Zerik if they financed. He said yes. I think it’s cool because I stepped out of my own comfort zone believing that I’d be denied. Zerik walked me over to an area and gave me an application to fill out. He explained the process and the waiting time. My 4 year old nephew was there and loved it. Once I learned I was approved, I got a call from Billing to discuss payments and insurance.Before leaving Shane explained each form I was signing before I signed. While Zerik was away, Shane asked if Zerik was helping us. Basically Checking on us.Pretty cool area. I look forward to delivery as that process was explained too.Delivery was much better than in store experience. Phillip showed me how to start it, use it, and all the things I need to know. He was funny, thorough, and honest. Thankfully he asked me where I was going to store it. When I told him where; he was concerned. He recommended a storage. Within 10 minutes of him leaving I had a storage set up and my new ride was put in safety. Thank you for this entire experience. There’s things I wish I knew or was asked in store before I bought it. But thankfully, I had Phillip and my best friend at delivery. Thank you all.

Friendliest service department I have ever had.

They were all extremely nice and in less than an hour notice put my sons dirt bike together. Very helpful in explain how to use and care for the dirt bike since this is are very first dirt bike along with fitting my son for a helmet. Patient and caring never rushed us even though we showed up right before closing. Thankful we went to Kent powersports in Kyle.

We have purchased our last two Polaris ATVs through Kent Powersports and have always received excellent customer service. Recently we had to have some repair work done and Mackie and Reid in the service department bent over backwards to get it diagnosed and repaired quickly, the cost of the repair was extremely lower than what we had anticipated. They have outdone themselves and have gained a long term customer.

Amazing one on one service! Have bought 2 900 Polaris rangers. Brad Zeeff is a very helpful salesman. He went above and beyond to make every need met. Have brought in rangers for scheduled service and its always done on time and correctly. Best place to buy any toy you might want in the Austin/Kyle area.

At the end I own a 2010 Honda Phantom Shadow and I will be back to purchase my next one from the guys at Kent in Kyle.

Service department is amazing! Honest and friendly service. Went in expecting to pay much more for service and needed repairs, but was shocked to find their unlike most shops trying to boost prices and sell whats not necessary. They gave me an honest breakdown at a fraction of the cost. Not only did I get a great deal in comparison, they brought my bike up completely detailed/washed and clean!! I came in horribly dirty from recent rains.

Kent Powersports is a upscale motorcycle dealership that has a wide variety of equipment to choose from. My favorite department is parts. The manager of parts, Adam, is great to work with. Hes friendly, knowledgeable and gets the parts quickly. I would highly recommend the store, especially for parts.

Not going back or recommending to anyone. At one time this was a good place and business was done right. In my opinion and a review of the work that I requested they do for me vs what was done. I wasted my money and time.

I found my dream bike with Kent powersports.... the only problem is I didnt realize it was in Austin and I live in San Antonio. Dre was excellent in communicating with me over the phone and responding to all my texts. He gave me a great deal on a great bike and when I picked it up the staff was really helpful and welcoming.

Went to Kent Powersports to pick up an oil filter for my VFR1200 and ended up buying a set of tires with 30% discount too. During tire installation the service team checked out my bikes recall updates and fixed a sticky throttle for me. All in an hour! Professional, thorough, and friendly! Thats what you want from your local Honda shop. Ill be back.

Applied for a lone Sept of 2016. After two weeks, heard nothing. Assuming I was declined and on a whim went to check. After digging out my paper work it turns out that I was approved. The first 600ml service was about $260 and all the bill showed was an oil change. Initially the head light was aimed almost straight down. On the highway to Los Angeles one of the mirrors came loose and after further inspection I found a loose cable support nut. Come time for a chain and a rear tire Service was wanting to charge time for each item like a dentist instead of the one hour such a job would take. After 13 months and 18,000 miles the CB500x is amazing little tank. The people are friendly, though not efficient and the older service person has a bit of an attitude. The experience was uncharacteristic of Honda having purchased vehicles at Howdy Honda

Ive brought two scooters in for service - Harley and Indian. Both times everyone in the service department was informative, helpful and honest. Also, very professional. I highly recommend them and will be returning soon for more service work.

Really enjoyed buying a bike from these guys. Got honest advice about what I should buy and got a great deal on a new Honda.

I needed two ATV tires repaired. They needed valve stems and one had a leak around the bead. I had the wheels already off the ATV so easy fix right? They wanted to charge me $50 a tire plus parts. For that price I could probably buy new tires. It seemed like thats what they really wanted me to do. Took them to Austin Power-sports instead and they charged me $20 a tire plus parts. The folks at Kent were courteous and professional but it seems theyd rather sell you something than repair what you have.
