Friendly, professional and competant staff. They sell quality product and my piercings went in flawlessly and smoothly I got a piercing through my cartilage they sold me after care product and told me what to expect while healing

I was SM @:Valley View Mall location and was treated horribly. Worked 80 plus hours a week because the pt people they hire are paid so low that they dont show up. Then get reprimanded for working so much OT and accused of timecard fraud. I purchased many items while working there and when I went to return a item that broke that I purchased the ESA on I was told they couldnt find the transaction in the system. So I sent my husband to return/exchange them and they did it for him and in the process of him returning he was told all about their previous SM problems. How unprofessional and sad they stoop to that level.*edit* almost 1year later and the new SM and ASM are still talking badly about me to customers.

I walked in with my Daughter before the store had even officially opened, the store manager was absolutely accomodating and hurried to open for my daughter to get her ears pierced before her dance competition. She recommended using the gold earrings because she said it would heal better and it was a overall better choice, I also purchased the more expensive ear care product but I tell you what that stuff is AMAZING and I am so glad she mentioned it to us instead of the cheap one. So as I was waiting for my daughts piercing I found 3 more pairs of gold earring, Amy was great, she took her time with me, we joked about spoiling ourselves a bit instead of always our kids and she definitely sold me on the 3 more pairs. We live about 50 minutes from the mall but we will for sure be back for the sale that she gave us the flyer for next week.

This store is GREAT the manager was very professional and considerat Im gonna purchase something else soon I really enjoyed my experience.

The manager and employees are very rude and seem condescending when asked questions. At one point the manager looked over to the other employee there and told her to shut up for a minute. Also everything comes with an insurance that actually costs 3 dollars. Never go here. Its better to wait 2 weeks for something online to be delivered.

I told them where I wanted my cartilage pierced and the lady wasn’t able to put it where I wanted it, she made it too close to my other piercing so now it looks too bundled up:(
