Stopped to look at clearance shoes and the worker was super helpful and knowledgeable about my current foot issues and best type shoe to get. Even recommended insoles that he wears himself. Super friendly and helpful and will definitely be returning

Great staff!! Very informed with their products. Made an experience that I was not looking forward to simple. Yesterday I decided to go into the mall and check out some sandals at trade home. I was specifically looking for Chacos, being that Im going on a vacation soon and need some comfortable sandals to walk in. They were very helpful, I tried some on in a size 10 and they were too small. They only had one size 11 left and they fit me perfectly. The only problem is I wasnt fond of the color they came in. If Im paying over $100 for a pair of shoes I want to like the color. I mentioned how I didnt care for the color but they kept insisting that I buy them. After telling them numerous times that I did not want them in that color they tried making me try another ten on because that came in more colors. I told them once again that I didnt fit into that size. They kept pressuring me into trying them on and being just plain rude. Sorry but you guys just lost a customer, and more than one because Im no longer recommending getting shoes from there to anyone I know.
