Took 3 hours to get new tires put on and left with a damaged rim. Tim will be taken care of, however there is no coverage for lost time.

Great service and pretty quick. I was able to have an oil change and tire rotation completed in around 2 hours. Very thorough inspection for an oil change. Definitely my favorite option in La Crosse.

Great place to get an oil change & tire rotation in La Crosse! I came in (overdue) for an oil change last week. Kami Evans was kind, humorous, and made me feel SO valued as a returning customer. She didnt shame me for being late on my oil change, but simply said, Were so glad to have you back! Highly recommend.

Took my Ford Edge in for an oil change. I brought my own oil. 2 hours later, it’s ready. I come out to my truck. All of the supplies are still sitting on the front seat. I go back inside to inquire as to why my supplies weren’t used. The tech proclaimed that he missed that bit of information but reassured me it was filled with Ford’s Synthetic blend. I assured him that I run full synthetic and if he doesn’t fix this I can blow a valve cover. Bottom line not happy. Going home to check my other truck to see if they even changed the oil.

Best customer care for an in and out shop Ive ever experienced. Nice lounge area and a place for children while we wait. Wasnt expecting to need a mechanic on our trip, but this place was a God send.

I came in with a coupon for The Works. I typically change my own oil and filter, but I was willing to pay $40 to have my fluids checked and topped up, my brakes, filters, battery, belts, tire wear, and hoses checked, and especially to have my tires rotated, because its a time-consuming pain to do that myself. They were done quickly, and I was pleased they charged me $34 rather than $40 (the coupon says $40 or less). BUT when I asked to have the tires rotated, I was told that would be an addition $19. When I pointed out that the coupon lists tire rotation as part of The Works, they explained that the ad was a little deceptive, as it applies only to FORD parts, so not to my Subaru (Note: This Quick Lane is part of Dahl SUBARU). They apologized and offered to rotate my tires for $14 ($5 off). I declined. The fine print on the coupon does state, See Quick Lane Service Advisor for exclusions and details, but they need to make this exclusion clear ON THE COUPON.

Super friendly and fast

Went in for oil change and saw that my car had already pulled out of the garage and was finished and they came in and showed me 2 dirty filters that I had seen them show another customer earlier and tried to tell me I needed new filters. I called them on it stating that my car was already outside and finished. They said they must have mixed up vehicles. Beware of them trying to push unnecessary repairs that arent needed.
