With my other vehicles I just drop them off (a different shop, older vehicles) and let them have the vehicles all day. But with this newer vehicle I purchased from Clason, I choose to select an early appointment and wait for my vehicle so I can have my vehicle back in my possession quickly. Very pleasant staff, everyone I came across. Nice waiting area. And I believe they take measures to make sure my vehicle leaves in the same condition it arrived in.
When I went in for an oil change and the plug was stripped. Not only did the guy show me the problem but explained the process. Since I had my oil change done there before and I waited over an hour they gave me the cost price of the part I needed and they also gave me a discount because of the long wait I had previous. Overall was happy with the customer service.
Every time I go in I get nothing but excellent service. My buying experiences have been fantastic and the service team are the best I have ever come across, Believe me, I have had some bad experiences living in 13 different states before coming to La Crescent, MN. dealing with dealerships. On a scale of 1-10 A score of 10 is deserved and hopefully that will never change..
The rep we worked with (Emily) is wonderful and I always try to be assisted by her. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that my concern with the engines high rev after topping a hill has never been successfully explained. Im thinking it is a flaw in my 2015 Canyon that was resolved with replacing that engine in later models and pretending the problem doesnt exist. I expected better from GMC and will rethink ever buying another GMC product.
My overall experience is very good here, Kevin at the service desk is very knowledgeable and helpful every time we bring in a vehicle. There have been a couple of small errors over my years of taking all of our vehicles here but nothing extreme. I once had a diagnosis of my rear back up camera and the technician had missed a screw to put back into my cab trim piece by the windshield. I just had them put it back during my next visit. Most recently I had an oil change in my truck and noticed a small spot of oil the next morning underneath. I crawled under and the oil filter was a bit loose. I gave it about half to three quarters of a turn and no more issues. We are all human so no harm, no foul. Overall this is a great place to get any of your work done they always aim to please any need that you might have. We even moved 20 min farther away than our original 10min when I first started going and we still chose to drive right by multiple others just to recieve the continual expertise experience at Clason of La Crosse. Thank you all for quality work. Plus they have a great snack bar while you wait! 👍🏿

I had been having some intermittent ABS warning light light issues. The light would briefly show and then not come on again for 2000 miles. The light decided to show itself again, at 7am, while I was on my way to work. I called Clason, and the team was able to immediately scan the codes, and give me a ride to work.
Great prices and service. Low inventory, but that is due to Covid reduced production, and computer chip shortage. That is expected to improve. They sell Buick, GMC, AND GM commercial trucks

Initially my appointment was at 0830. I got there and they told me it was going to be 2 hours. They offered to give me a loaner until mine was done. They decided to try and give me a 2005 Grand Prix after I gave them a 2020 GMC 2500 Denali HD. That did not sit well with me so I decided to wait until my vehicle was complete. 2 hours passed by and they came to me saying they just started working on my vehicle. I was so upset because I knew I had to get back to work. I decided to wait an additional 2 hours until my vehicle was complete. If they’re going to schedule someone for a specific time slot, the vehicle work should start shortly after. Something that was suppose to take 2 hours ended up being 4 hours. Very disappointed.

Clean, figured out my gold standard warranty, and honored it. Took about an hour and a 1/2, instead of one, though I did not mind. The waiting room was clean and all people were masked and socially distanced. Goo o find a place close to home where people are friendly and do good work.

I have found everyone to be excellent in their knowledge of everything that my car needed. My only dissatisfaction was when I received my car, it was not very clean. My son worked in the detail shop of another dealership and he even commented how it was not clean. The doors were not wiped down and I had to vaccum it myself. I was disappointed in that aspect. Otherwise, everything else was great.
Well, where to begin...I arrived for my appointment and was told I would get pushed back when I was waiting because a tow truck brought in another vehicle...the lounge had 3 adults not wearing masks at all the whole time and not 1 employee addressed it even though it was stated clearly everywhere...the service person came into the waiting area and was loudly saying my cabin filter had a mouse nest in it and looked gross....and when I was asked to fill out a survey, I was told to call into Clason to address my concerns and was filtered around to 5 different people before my call was dropped. This was a disaster...
Parts and Service at Clason awesome service above and beyond. I needed to lug nuts removed that needed a key which we didnt have and neither did they. Instead they took the time to improvise and removed them in a few minutes. Thanks a ton you guys saved me time and money. I asked them what I owed they said nothing our pleasure. So Im giving a big high Five and a huge shout out to these guys. Thanks again Clason we will be back.

Extremely slow oil change services. Had an appointment and was told an hour for a fleet vehicle.Never called to say it would take longer. I showed up 2 and a half hours after my appointment and they haven’t even touched the vehicle. I was then told it would take another 2 hours. Overall just bad service.

I stopped in to Clason unannounced to have my battery checked and received very prompt service. My car did need a new battery and Clason was able to install it immediately with minimal wait time - all without an appointment! Staff are extremely personable, helpful, and kind each and every time my husband and I have service completed on our vehicles. The waiting room with coffee, soda, juice, and snacks also cant be beat :)

Nice place. Service department was friendly and helpful. I took my 2015 Sierra Denali there for an alignment and power steering recall. They gave me a 2018 Sierra Denali for a loaner vehicle. Seemingly small things like that are huge to me. I was able to do some errands while they worked on my truck. I looked at a 2019 Denali when I was there. A salesman came out right away to answer some questions. This was my first time at Clason. I cant say anything bad about them.
Service can be a real pain in the butt for a busy guy -- I have nothing but great things to say about the service department here. I literally have made 3 appointments over the past month trying to get my truck in for some basic stuff, something kept coming up and time was never in our favor -- this past week I had a flight out on Tuesday morning and did not know when I would be returning. I asked if it was okay to leave the truck there for a few days and figure it out later in life, they had zero issue with it, fit my into THEIR schedule, only called once to let me know the truck was done, they always follow through with what I want done, overall they do a GREAT job on everything. 2 minute phone call and my truck was paid for, keys were left in a hidden spot, and was able to pick it up at nearly 11 PM at night. Just wanted to say THANK YOU and GREAT JOB! Appreciate it!

Terrible place to get your car fixed, they don’t have accentuate diagnostics. I spent over 1,000 at their location to get my car fixed I did everything they recommended to get the car fixed there. I still have the car problem after they fixed it. Some of the staff are rude there. I wouldn’t recommend getting any service done there.
A person put solvent on my drivers bumper, it looks somewhat better; but medal on plastic caused some rough scratches. It costs about $500 to replace the bumper ... Some idiot went for different parking spot by going through a small space instead of going around, like you Normally would. Scarring my car; by squeezing by my car, totally inappropriate ... Do you believe there is no camera in lot by Goodwill, Big Lots, Bank ??? on South side. I just got rid of junker & trying to take of the new car, although 2007, but like new. My gift from Mom, she not doing well either. People nowadays have no respect other people property!

Now, I only brought my car in for recalled parts, but unlike other dealerships Ive had to take a car in for the same thing they did not give me a list of things wrong with my car when I went to pick it up. They simply gave me my car back which was an incredibly positive experience! The salesman who walked in and out of the waiting area were very friendly as well. It certainly made me add Clasons to the list of places to visit when I need another vehicle.

Not only was the damage expertly repaired, we noted that several other scratches had been repaired and the vehicle looked as good as when we purchased it.
