First of all the online order was quick & easy. When I went to pick it up, the young man that helped me was amazing. His name is Jacob Schultz at the LaCrosse store. Couldnt be happier with his customer service. He was very helpful & patient with me. He replaced a battery in my Buick fob and came out to my car to make sure it worked. This young man is going places. Make sure you appreciate his work habits and pleasant demeanor.

A nice tech fixed the end to the scooters battery gratis.I felt odd to not spend for the fix, and bought AAA & AA batts. !

I dropped my phone and the screen was cracked to the point that it was dead, I had nothing except images that flickered once in awhile. I made an online appointment for the next day, and they were ready for me when I got there. It took less than two hours and my phone is like new. The guy working was super friendly, professional, and experienced with replacing the screen. I asked for a call for pick up, and they called me as soon as it was done. I would highly recommend this store!

I had a badly damaged screen on my 2016 iPhone SE, I refuse to pay for a new phone.I setup my appoint online, received a $10 savings coupon on my iPhone screen repair service. It was a 1 hour wait, imo a fast turnaround time. When I received my phone, the screen was fixed, all the functions work, and it was cleaned to nearly new condition.Upon leaving, I was told that I have a 6 month warranty on the screen WITHOUT a receipt, its stored on the computer system. I wish more businesses would take this approach by saving receipts on their end because life happens to a consumer, things get misplaced.A like new phone that still works, a 6 month warranty on their work, and a $10 savings coupon plus additional savings if you buy misc case protectors. Im really happy with their service, Ill be a return customer, no questions asked!

I purchase a battery for my garden tractor. I had one before and it worked so well I wanted to get another. I liked the fact that the battery for my garden tractor had 3 different versions - each with more cranking power.

Jacob in the La Crosse store is fine, a lady that works in the store is very irresponsible, does not wear a mask, does NOT care about protecting customers or employees. I would NOT recommend the store until the employees wear a mask.

On more than one occasion, the employees of Batteries Plus were knowledgeable and completely honest about what they could and could not repair. Other organizations have claimed they could repair items and have wasted my money.

Very helpful and prompt service for my sons iPad screen replacement. Would have been 5/5 but didnt have a screen protector for it in stock.

I went there last month to get a new screen, The initial price was supposed to be about $200 but once I was there, was told they would need to break my back screen to get into my front screen, and told me they could give me half off for it, after everything was done, the price landed being about $300 ($295) without it being half off as they had said (More than it costs for a new phone, which is the Galaxy s7) Once I got it you could tell the screen was popping out and some things it wouldnt let you click. A month later I find myself with the screen popped out to the point it could possibly come off, with no trauma involved with it and not turning on. I find this as a result of them not pressing it enough and even told them that, their response? I dont know what to tell you, we could give you a new screen but we will have to charge you for that. A place that doesnt fix their mistakes, and is uninterested in helping you and looking at you only to make money off you. I dont recommend anyone going here.

Had my iPhone battery replaced, phone is like new now. Didn’t want to wait for Apple to get their act together, so for $60 got it done here. They were fast and convenient. Totally worth the extra 30 over what Apple says they will charge (and would have to go to Minneapolis for Apple to do it, can’t have it done in lacrosse)

Dropped my phone 3 too many times. Should have fixed the cracked screen the first time I dropped it. Brought my phone here after eventually my screen went black. $89 for a iPhone 6s screen which is cheaper than $150 replacement with insurance. But no dice. My phone was beyond a simple screen repair. They took the new screen back off my phone and charged me labor. More than fair. It was worth a shot. They know what they are doing.

My phone repair was done quickly and at a reasonable price.

I need to price shop. I always look for the best price and value. I was surprised when I found Batteries Plus Bulbs. Not only was their price a little better than the big chain stores, they also installed the battery for free! I purchased the battery on line before I drove down there and saved another 10%! So in the end I got a name brand battery (Duracell) installed for free as soon as I arrived. I got all this for a better price than going to another store dragging the battery out, going home changing it and dragging the old one back for an exchange. I may drove 10 minutes out of the way, but it was worth it. I will definitely be back!

It was nice being able to get the special batteries needed. But it was disappointing to wait 5 deep at the register to get waited on. There should have been more than 1 employee to cover the entire store. The associate on duty was able to move through the customers problems with efficiency.

Very disappointed with batteries plus. I purchased my Duracell motorcycle battery. They told me they were the best that I could get. From the first day, had nothing but problems with my cycle. I didnt even consider that it could be the battery, after all, I had just bought a brand new one. After having to rent trailers to get my cycle back home. I was really getting frustrated. I was 200 miles from home and again stuck, there was a cycle shop in town that said that I had a defective battery. I had to buy a battery in order to get home. I works fantastic. Their comment to me was that when I needed a new battery, dont go to Batteries Plus....they sell junk. The Batteries plus in our town offered to replace the battery with a new one which of course I didnt need and certainly didnt want. Never again will I make this mistake!!!

These guys know WAY to much about batteries! In a good way. This store is the Cadillac of specialty shops.I got a new battery for a power wheels that we picked up at a rummage sale, and a charger for it.

I have been there twice for watch batteries. Both times they could not or would not change mine for a new one. Said they could not do it. Am not impressed! They did it down in Florida at same place. What is that about?

I got my phone screen fixed here and not even a month later it is shattered again. Either it’s a cheap screen or it wasn’t installed right because I was having display issues and I didn’t drop it, yet it’s cracked again.

Cool little store. Just like the name says, light bulbs, batteries, flash lights, flash chargers, everything in between. Its the miscellaneous idems in this area that they really excel. Worth a look for the things youll fine almost nowhere else.

Bought a watch battery on sunday, when I synced it to my phone the battery was over half dead. Went back the following Thursday and the desk worker tested it and said it was acceptable working level. Brand new should not read acceptable level Awesome. I will not return. Customer service isnt the top priority here
