Installed laminate flooring a few years ago and never came back to finish the trim. I called several times and Chad finally said they would come in a couple of months when things slowed down. That never happened. My health got bad, and my floor got worse. When cancer was gone, contacted Chad again and played email tag for months. He said I should have taken care of this years ago...yes, YOU should have Chad. He says my floor is falling apart due to animals. Its not. Subflooring was to be replace and it wasnt. They sanded it down instead of replacing it like we had agreed. He will not honor warranty. Never finished trim. DO NOT GO THERE. Youd have better luck buying flooring at a Kmart....Oh they closed...still better carpeting there!

Great customer service. I chose a remnant, asked to have the edges bound. Was ready the very next day. Friendly, helpful staff.

**BEWARE**Watch out if you go to this place as they steal money from anyone and everyone. I used to work there as an installer and the owner himself Dennis & Chad kime took money right out of my checks. I would give a negative star, but you have to put something. As one of their self-contacted installers for many years, just imagine what they have done to many others. From, measuring your job short always, so you either have to wait for more materials or have many seams to patch it. Anyone out there want proof of some of things I have personally seen, look me up.
