I had an issue with a disposable vape pen the Friday before 4th of July . Came back the following Monday and explained I had gotten a defective device and they exchanged it without hesitation. Top notch customer service, and great products in-store as well. I will recommend Azara anytime to anybody.

Friendly severice, seems like they try to get to know there clients. It was our frist time there. There juice was a little more pricy than I would have liked but all in all great experience.

Snitches.Sale is being made.Cash is being exchanged. Customer serviced for minutes and told about products.Allowed to select product.Customer is Much older than the girl working the counter.Girl asks if I want to join a reward program. All they need is my name and phone number.Customer says okay.Teller says that an ID will be the easiest way for her to be able to type a name into a computer.If she is over eighteen and she can tell that she is serving a person that is 5-10 years her senior then the police agenda is not called for. I stop into this store once a month or more. Maybe Ive spent ballpark of 400-750 at this store since its opening.She says well I need to see an ID to make a sale.Well I need not be disrespected to make a purchase.All sales are final and that was their final chance to make a sale with this customer.The hippy boy always has been good to me. He was respectful when he asked to see an Id on our first encounter. Ive purchased from this store countless times in years past without a second question of age.I walked back into the store for a second to show that I did have *four forms* of identification in my vehicle, which was not more than 25 feet from the store entrance.Morals are morals and I stick by mine.These little police trick tactics will drive many more customers away than this one that is willing to vocalize his complaints openly.Any future purchases of this nature will simply be made online for 35%, or less, of what I would have paid otherwise.

Bought a faulty vaporizer from them. Item won’t hold a charge. The item seems to be a from a scam company as when I go to the website on the box it takes me to a dead link. There glassware is mediocre at best. If you are in la crosse and looking for a head shop just do yourself a favor and head to smokes 4 less.

Unbelievably awesome! The girl behind the counter (owner?) goes out of her way to make sure every customer is happy. I happened to be there during a special and because I spent over $200, she gave me an additional $100 to spend on anything else in the store, so I walked out with about $300 worth of merch for $200. I have a hard time believing she made a profit on my sale. Large selection.

They sold me the wrong coils. I asked for non-salt nice coils for the Nord, they only make 2 coils, vape shop managers should know the difference. But she didn’t. I went back to see about an exchange and they would not exchange but were glad to sell me what I originally asked for at 25% off.... NO THANKS, but here’s your google review. Lesson learned, never “trust” a Vape shop, make sure they know what they gave you.

I love this place. I have tried several other shops and brands of vape juice, and from my experience, Azara has proven to be the best. Its the only place I will get juice from going forward.

Poor communication between staff. They will rip you off and walk away from the situation when a staff member told you wrong. Thats not how to run a store

Went in to take a look at vaping products. Wasnt greeted at all and the store was mainly all glass and pipes. Hardly any vape juice. But it does Have a nice selection for PODs systems though.
