The manager is always pretentious. If youre not a big gamer, he seems to talk down when you ask questions. One employee was very helpful and friendly.

The best Game Stop, Ive ever been to. Helpful, Happy, Cautious and Knowledgeable employees.

I little cubby hole!Find it in Back Entry in the middle, hang a right in main.Packed with thousands of little expensive things!They do sell STEAM codes. I bought 2 for the birthday lads.

The employees are usually just talking to each other or on two occasions a nonemployee. The store is small and cramped. The selection is terrible and the shelves are mess.

This store will no longer get my business. Went in today with 4 games to trade. They refused one because it was still factory sealed, even though I had purchased it from the same store. Then the two reps behind the counter wouldnt give cash for the other 3 games and blatantly LIED about the reason quoting a nonexistent County law. The whole time the advertising television is saying we give cash and store credit at this location. How do I know the law doesnt exist? I went across the street to gaming generations and sold the game they wouldnt take at gamestop. Gaming Generations literally asked cash or store credit.

Fantastic job on repairing my iPad screen. It was fast and very fairly priced when compared to others. Got a call from the tech. who fixed it. He explained everything and was very nice. Great job!

We have never had a bad experience, or bad customer service here. This time was no different. The employees here have always remained knowledgeable on any product in the store and have always pointed us to a great decision.

The customer service was great! The owner and I talked for a good 20 minutes on pokemon while I browsed their Nintendo section. Although the store is small, they have a large section in Xbox/Ps4 games verses any other shop Ive come across. They sadly have a very small section of Nintendo in the back corner; but I was informed more products were online than in-store when it comes to Nintendo. I would have gave it a 5/5 if they had more Nintendo items and games in store!

They had resident evil village for almost half the price everyone else did plus gave me a discount due to a sale I didnt even know was going on!

Supported GameStop since the dawn of my 29 years of gaming. The last 4 years have ben the epitome of trash service and quality. Worst costumer service I have ever encountered. Who hires these people?? Zero knowledge on any form of gaming.. Will never buy from here ever again. One star, two thumbs down..👎

Would have like to have made some money off of the stocks but still can find gaming accessories and console titles in the store.

If I could give zero stars I would. I specifically called the store to ask when they are going to open for Xbox series x preorders in house, they said 11. I asked are you sure you aren’t opening early? I was assured they weren’t because they were only allocated a handful of counsels and they are separate from online sales. So Tuesday I head to the mall at 10:30 to my surprise the store is open... they then tell me they opened at 8 and sold out. I have purchased thousands and thousands worth of goods here as I do my diligence to support brick and mortar local businesses. Congratulations you’ve officially converted me to buy online from here on out.

The person that the staff wasnt helpful at all he was arrogant and disrespectful. And didnt want to do any work at all

I love this place. My family and I arent hard core gamers or anything but we do enjoy it now and again. The guys in the store are great and super helpful! We had an issue with one of the games and I called them they assured me it would be resolved and it was. Took the game back they had another game waiting for me with my name on it. Smooth transaction. The only thing I would change about this store is how cramped it is. They could use a bigger space!

Best Buy, just across the street had the same game (New) for less than they did (used). When I mentioned this, I was rudely told Well, we have to pay the rent Good Grief!

This is one of the few GameStops that make GameStop look good. The employees are friendly and reasonable. Theres one guy, I think his name was Kels, something along those lines, friendliest person Ive talked to all day. It made my day. I will be coming back.

Great place for kids an mom and dad to check out the games.

Store is tiny, its like a closet. New games are overpriced by like $5 to$10, while used are 50% more expensive than other local used game stores. They also give garbage credit for trade ins. Also they tend to talk down to women and treat them as if theyve never played a game in their life.

Always a good fun place to go to talk about games and buy games.

Some of their pricing doesnt make sense. (Example this is the only place Ive dound where one older unpopular game costs more than the newer game)

Have come in here to BUY usually all of my games but as of today I will never come back due to how I was treated during a RETURN. I get it, returns suck and sometimes people try to be shady so you need to be careful but its part of the business ESPECIALLY during the holidays, if you cant handle it then dont work retail. But today Aaron was completely happy helping everyone buying. I waited in a line of about 7 people, all of whom were talked to and THANKED (A lost art I know) but he was doing well. I get up there, 3 days after a purchase of a couple games. My fiancè reminded me we got our son games already so I was supposed to return the extras. My turn, I say I need to do a return and all I got from Aaron was a sarcastic ok. He then didnt say anything else until the end when when handing me my chanage says here you go. And that was it...thatterrible customer service. All customers should be Thanked the same, you dont know how much I have bought or will buy. But you can rest assured if you dont treat me right on a return you wont get anymore of my business. Go to Best Buy, they will treat you better and price match in the rare case its not already cheaper.

Whenever I go there the employees always make sure I get what I need and make sure I know about any events that I maybe interested in.

I tried returning a game I bought the day before and I paid $30 for it and he said I could only get $12 back.
