I love this place and everyone working there is awesome. Lucas and Tom deserve raises. They are so knowledgeable and friendly. They give you fair prices for buying and selling cards. The place always has a couple people in it, most know each other. Its quiet and laid back with a lot of different products.They have the best jigsaw puzzles in town (in my humble opinion). There was a critical role one!They have semi-precious gemstone dice sets as well as metal and plastic ones.Other things they have (of the top of my head):- Model Painting Supplies:- Citadel and Army Painter model paints- Decent selection of brushed- Many miniatures to paint (- Turf and other environmental items- Table top games- DICE. SO MANY DICE.- So many various rule books for tabletop games- So many funko pop figures!- DVDs and video games- Comic books- Cards (Magic, Standard, others)- Disc golf frisbees- Drinks and snacks- A lot more, I typically go for the model painting suppliesDefinitely feels like home for those with nerdy interests.

Ive been into hobbies and tabletop games for probably 40 years, and this is definitely the best small local game store Ive ever been to (and I was a soldier who was stationed many places). The staff are nice and helpful. The paint selection is fantastic. Game and miniature options are abundant, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they even had historical games and miniatures in stock (Bolt Action, Command & Colors, and SPQR). There is something for everyone, and it is a local treasure.

Tom is one of the most helpful game sellers I have ever met. He is very very knowledgeable and very personable, but he doesnt crowd you if you just want to browse on your lonesome. The owner Jimmy, also the famous Jimmy of Jimmy Jams, really knows his stuff and is in general very supportive of The Gaming Community. If youre local and youre a gamer, you want to spend your money here.

This shop has a solid game variety. Beyond that they host events which help foster a nice community. They have a nice bargain/ used game section. Beyond that there is also a nice hobby section as well.

Great people who are knowledgeable in what they sell. Very friendly and helpful. Has a great range of selection of products. I love coming here for my geeky fixes.

Love this place but the new magic set time spiral remastered is going for 35 a pack and online there going for 10.. not really sure what that’s about but I’d imagine that’s out of most peoples price range for a single pack.. I’d love to see this go down to at least 20 or so!

Tabletop games galore! They have tons of best sellers, and of course recommendations. Fair pricing and lots to see. Comics, minifigures, collectibles, puzzles, dice, cards, expansions...frisbee golf discs - the works! Use their punch card too, you know youll fill it.Very rarely, they cant order a game request from their supplier.

Over priced figures. Clerk working, with a sarcastic reply back said they won’t budge on prices, that the items can only go up in price. Not sure where he got that from but that’s not how it works. Was able to find the exact same item on Amazon for 15$ cheaper. I just wanted to know if they would match or budge a little. But not worth the hassle.

Came in looking for something I knew very little about and the guy working was super knowledgeable. Their prices are inline with Amazon and other big box retailers for most items, which is phenomenal for a local business. One of the few places that I actively encourage all my friends to shop at instead of online.

Interesting place. Super friendly staff. Lots of comics and tabletop gaming items along with darts and frisbee stuff.Missing the other hobbies we hoped wed see like models or rc vehicles or more sci-fi stuff.

Im fairly new to comic collecting, so I dont always know when new things I might like are being released. Today I was looking at new releases and saw one I was interested in, but it was sold out. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked my subscription box, and Jim had already saved me one, knowing Id want it! Thats service you dont get online.

These folks were very helpful when I went in to inquire about getting back into playing a card game of my choice. The clerk working the counter was very informative and made an excellent recommendation on getting started and where to find the rule book for the game as well. Very impressed! :)

Came in looking for the next game my family can enjoy. Weve already played Catan, Boss Monster, Munchkin and more. They took the time to go through and explain a few games my family would like. Purchased Element and some other games. We love Element so far and Im looking forward to playing the other games I purchased. Thank you for your help in finding us a good way to enjoy family time.

My husband and his brothers have been going for years for comic books and cards. I like to tag along to pick out new board game. Tom is always great at giving recommendations and background info for games. We also enjoy and appreciate that they sometimes have sample games to try before we buy.

Good selection of comics, collectibles, and both board and card games. Little heavy on magic the gathering and pokemon but they are popular I suppose. Most of the staff is helpful, tom is particularly knowledgeable. Gaming space in the basement is, well, spacious.

They had a bunch of good stuff! Bought too many old uncanny xmen but ones I hadnt been able to find. Great shop!

Awesome selection of games on hand. And theyve played nearly all of them and are super helpful if you have questions. They have demo versions so you can even check them out or play a round a see if you like it. Great selection of games for younger kids which really sparked my kids interest in tabletop games.They also have miniatures, cards, and comic/graphic novels.Most importantly they are a huge supporter to local clubs/organizations. That alone makes it worth shopping at this local business.

2018-10-26 8:40PM to 9:00 PM. Loved the place but when I got back to the hotel the receipt was not in the bag. Never got my receipt. Its been my experience that no receipt means something shady is going on. Will be watching my credit card statement closely.2019-02-10 Nothing shady. Credit card was billed correctly. Changing to 5 stars even though I didnt get my receipt. Place is pretty cool so Ill let the receipt thing go. This time.

So many board games and so many comics! Old and new, this shop was excellent. I spent an hour looking through everything before buying something, and I didnt even go to the basement section. I could have been there for a lot longer if I had more time. Open late, which helps people that work normal hours. Friendly staff. I was never asked if I needed help, but I also felt they would have been helpful if I asked.

Not my thing, I just visited to kill time while wife was trying on dresses. But guy behind counter was very friendly. Other customers seemed to like the inventory.

So the reason why I am Giving you a one star because your method of purchasing product back from customers is extremely low and very insulting to any products worth, see you guys buy things for 1/3 of the value of a product so that makes an item that let’s say is $320 only the value of $106 give or take this is extremely insulting not only to customers but to a community that Has passion for Gaming or card trading, Or just in general around games. This especially a effects Buying Singleton MGT cards. Because I had my little own personal experience not that long ago coming in in selling some cards that were in the of a value of $340 I was only offered $90 for my entire collection. I find this to be very insulting and very unprofessional not only did your store employee lied to me but continued to lie to me in my face when we went over each of the cards value and came to a total and agreed upon the total for what it was worth and he still only offered me $90. When your store policy is 1/3 of the value so should have gotten $113 for my cards.So please do not get me wrong I understand that you need to make a profit But buying peoples products For 1/3 of the value is extremely low and is basically spitting into your customers face and telling them that when they make an investment that they’re getting nothing in return. I hope you understand where I’m coming from and my third thing is That I seen your response to other reviews and telling customers to go to another store is really poor business because they don’t like something. I really do like the store I like doing business here but selling my cards To you guys is nothing next to a joke. I really do hope that you guys change how you guys buy cards from people or any product in the future!And on top of it they only will allow you to use your in store credit for whatever they want to. Stupid if I come into a you and you offered in credit I should be allowed to purchase whatever I want from that In store credit. So basically I want buy new set that came out and I had Approximately $130 for trade in so I could get a $50 item but I was told no because that not how their in store credit works, you where losing money from the deal. I just don’t get. I will never trade nor purchase items from this store again

Awesome gaming store.

Ive known the owner Jimmy for years, and he runs a very tight ship. His employees are always very helpful, they are willing to reserve things for you over the phone, and they keep a iron grip on it until you get there to buy it. Theyre just as chatty as you want to be, and dont try to press for conversation if you dont look like youre in a talking mood.I will always buy my gaming supplies from Jimmy whenever possible, because I know that he himself is a good person, and good people need to stick together.

Fun place to visit with the kids, friendly staff good prices and a nice used section. Overall a fun place to go with the kids where they don’t treat you poorly because you may ask a lot of questions.Downside? None really, except that it’s a comic store and if you don’t know the inside scoop on things you do feel a bit silly, but staff does a nice job of putting up with a litany of questions.

One of my favorite games shops of all time! The staff is extremely friendly, the selection is great, anything they dont have theyre always willing to special order. I always enjoy going in whether its just to browse or to play games downstairs in their giant well lit and air-conditioned basement!

This place has a bit of everything, and prices are quite reasonable. The staff is very helpful and will help as much or as little as youd like.

This hobby shop is the only one Ive been a regular for the last 3 years. Why? Because the owner, John, is outstanding while the store has what you look for in a hobby shop and everyone that works there loves it. They do commissions for people looking 2 sell cards, order what youre looking for, and have a large area upstairs for for your card and hobby groups. This place used 2 have less for the non-card costumers, but theyve been adding shelves for D&D books, Munchkin sets, and have a good selection of comics. For MTG Fans(like myself) dont forget 2 stop by on Fridays/Tuesday nights at 5:00p.m. for standard, drafts, releases, etc. were you can meet fun people and enjoy yourselves all night long.

This place is full of books, movies (I think they have movies. I dont gi to the back of the store often), board games, card games, miniature figures, and Im pretty sure I saw some frisbees in there. Iove how many different kinds of board games there are and the good explanations of what things are from the staff. I overall enjoy being in here. As long as my buddies dont keep me here for hours.
