I was very delighted to have a Shopko Optical blocks from my home. This was very convenient for our busy family. The staff was friendly at all times. When it was time for our 6yr old to have his first eye exam they were able to get him to sit still and make it a fun experience for him as well as our other children. I highly recommend this business for families with children or your own eye care needs.

The Staff was very nice. The doctor is extremely personable and knowledgeable. Emily took care of everything I need same day and found me the best deal with my insurance. I’m so glad Shopko Optical is back!!

Im happy that Shopko Optical has returned to the area as I had great service from them in the past and really missed that. I have purchased from another similar optical competitor with less than stellar service.Since I was running low on contact lenses, and my regular eye doctor had retired last year, I decided to try booking an appointment with Shopko Optical. I was able to get in the next day, although I could have taken a same day appointment. I chose to use the virtual option and it was easier than I expected. I didnt even have to get my eyes dilated.The staff was friendly and helpful and I will definitely go back. Thank you!! And my new glasses look amazing!

Recently I noticed my vision seemed a bit fuzzy so I went online and scheduled a vision test... Shopko made it simple to schedule online and I got in the next day. I was greeted with a smile and they were expecting me. The whole process only took about an hour and a half. I HIGHLY recommend Danni, she was very nice and super knowledgeable! She ran all of the tests and was very confident in answering all of my questions! She helped me pick out glasses and was very insightful as to which ones best fit my face. I’m not sure if you can request a specific member, but if so, pick Danni!

I never thought that I would say this about an eye exam, but I love this place! Danni is awesome - shes super helpful and totally hilarious, and her taste in eyewear is fab. Ive been digging my glasses for 8 months now, but my husband just got back from his exam. If anyone were going to complain, its him, and he was laughing when I picked him up. She had my angsty teen laughing and liking her bifocals, too! Best of all, she doesnt try to sell us buying our budget or get us to buy stuff we dont need or want. 10/10!

I was not impressed at all with the virtual exam. The techs were wonderful at the store. But I never had any improvement at all with the virtual ones. They did nothing to make my sight look clearer or crisp. The prescription is worst to look out of then my glasses that I have now. This was a useless waste of time. I will be going to see a regular eye doctor one that is in person. Plus when both the tech and I told them that nothing looked clear or crisp, it was like they didnt understand what we were talking about.
