The owner of the company went out of her way to help me personalize a sweater for me. The colors have stayed just as vibrant from washing it. My boys thought it was cool that we could go online and pic whatever Pic-art design they wanted. That will be my next order, bet she can finish both of them on the same day, another plus!!!

There should be a zero stars rating. Went in on Friday 12.7.18 after the store owner Sierra told me she would be there. She was not there, and I was advised they would give her a message to meet me that following Monday. Nobody called me, but she wasnt in that Monday either, I called and found this out before taking the bus. Someone made an appt for me that following wed, I came in, I brought a hard copy image of what i wanted, she said by the following Wed she would call me with an estimate and an email preview. I didnt hear anything, i called that Thursday and nobody had any news. I called every day until 12.21 when I was finally told that the designer they use went on vacation without notifying anyone and they couldnt fill my order. At no point did I receive an apology or an explanation from the owner. I came in Christmas eve to pick up my artwork after such a poor experience and she didnt have it, she had it sitting at someones house. She told me I would get it back that day and to wait for someone to call but nobody did. I called back the day after Christmas and left a message asking if my artwork was there and could someone please call back but of course nobody did. My spouse had to show up and get it, and then they only had half. There was an extra piece I had asked to be placed on the back and it is missing but after the hassle and feeling more disrespected by this business than i have ever felt in my life, I will simply remake that part. It isnt worth doing business with this disrespectful and uncommunicative person.
