Front desk guy wasnt very nice and parts guy wasnt very nice either.

My husband went into this establishment today to pick up a part. There were 4 people working/ talking at the front desk. He waited 5 minutes before they even acknowledged him. Then when he told them what he was there for and the person who waited on him ambled into the back office ( by the way it is all glass) and took his time relaying his message. He also had a hose fixed at the same time. Although it took far too long to fix, the gentleman who did the work was very pleasant. The rest of the staff were too busy talking and laughing with each other. Obviously, customer service wasn’t their priority. Hard to get good help these days!

I clean for them 3 times a week. All their employees are knowledgeable, polite and very hard workers.
